First of all selectors should understand what exactly coach means. i feel we need a mentor who can guide this bunch of people.can realy a coach can make drastic change No. We need team of coches at different level who in together bring coolectively a player at the helm by contineous process a player has to come from a scool and slowly he is graduated and last but not least to Univasity leval. Develope a paradigme were a plaver is evolved and then only he will give his 100%. Look at australian team they may not have sachi or ganguly or shewag but they have players who will alwas contribute towards end result that is WIN.Every player is ready to take challanges when it comes to their chance if they are 5 down for 100 the remainig 4 wiil suppot the main bats man who takes complete responsibility. and bowlers take addtional rseposibillity. and thus they over come hurdle. So its high time we shoul go to grass root leval of understanding the importance of team as one unit. A coach can only do is suport the player in honing and making stratigies to go about in match.
