Pls name one former cricketeer who can speak many India languages. If there is nobody, then better to have a foreigner with innovative skillsets. We have had Indians as coaches and will somebody please compare results with Wright's.....
Changes are required and they are required right from the top. We need professionals at that level also with commitmet and responsibility. When a player ca be thrown out for non performance, then why not the maagement as well. Why not use the same stick to measure?
Changes are required in the way the management functions. Maybe a few heads need to roll. But if it is for betterment, then not? Will it work? There is only one way to find out.
He instilled a lot of discipline in the team. We have lots of Indian coaches but were we able to acheive the results.... Lets move towards reality.
