Best way
by Krishnakant Parmar on Mar 29, 2007 11:21 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Best way to criticize our shameless cricketer, board, coach is STOP watching indian team matches.

I sounds weird but it is really effective and good way to save our every, time and electricity.

But don't forget this piece of advice , when in the next series against Bangladesh when Dhoni, Sachin or Sehwag will scores 100 off 60 balls.

India playing against bangladesh is difficult in nuetral pitches.
India playing against bangladesh is most difficult in home pitch.
I think india will get blackwash, whitewash with the present team.

Securuty!! for how long??
by simran khan on Mar 29, 2007 11:18 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Just tell these guys,...

they gonna have security 4 lifetime or what? one day they'll face India... then ppl will give them what they desrve...

let us all boycott these players, not watch their adds, buy from their brands. WHen the media compaies would close doors on them, then only they'll understand... U have all this bcoz u play not viceversa...

And why a foreignor should be blamed, who was not taking decisions, when the indians themselves didnt have enough love 4 their country...

these people should be humiliated in public...

Its a game

cmon guys... this is the same team which has given us so much joy over the years.... it is not fair on the fans part to kick the team when they are down... even australia lost 5 matches in a row to Eng and NZ... but no one asked for ponting / gilchrist/ mcgrath to be sacked... it is a game and should be enjoyed in the spirit of the game.. i am sure the indian team will bounce back if we keep giving our support...

No body questioning why India lost as winning/loosing is a part of game .
Most hurting part is that manner in which India lost .See the attitude of Bangladeshi players .They have put every thing in the match against India . Has India done that ???
See how Srilanka given tough fight to South Africa yesterday even at the low score . This is called cricket .

hey bhatia.....its something called morale.......thats applicable in life....morale can be up....morale can be down......open ur eyes ......the bullshit media in our country kept falsely portraying the Indian blues as the team to beat in the final....this was not the case......we just won the lone hole series against lanka........thats it.....so blame NDTV, Zee, India Today, Outlook, The Week....they are the true architects of our sorrow now

jude you hit the nail on the head... the main blame shud be on the media... they turn players into gods and then break them when they fail....this same media will be turning them back into gods after the next series victory...

yes..its fine to be with them in their worst times...but in the manner they played, without any fight was really shameful act..Aust lost 5 matches, but scored 330 in order to win series, but NZ and ENG were gud enough with their batting..also AUS v SA and SA v SL matches, they gave fight before surrendering...that is cricket and this is how it shd be played...

enayath......the players have full reponsibility WHEN the selectors have made up their mind as to what should be the permanent batting order.......putting dravid at no . 5 for example is like putting shaquille oneal in the ball handling position......9 times out of 10 it wont work but u have one good day......this rubbish game of 'SURPRISING ' the opponents everytime a new batsman has to walk in is crap.....that move is good when its tactical NOT PERMANENT.....the reason australia and SA do well is because the lousy board, coach and captain have the right frame of mind to decide on a consistent approach to very game.....dont blame the players.....no matter how much they earn from advertising colas or condoms,.......they are still pawns in front of the BCCI...... shame on u enayath

Hi all. Its a nice discussion here. I appreciate your understandings. I think, its not really help India by just blaming the players. One will only know how it feels when he is facing the ball there sorrounded by 10 fielders. But, you see, all our cricketers were experienced, batted more than other teamers, rated high compared to others (esp batting order). Besides, its their profession guys. One should be honest to their profession. I know we need to support. We supported the team which lost most of the world cups so for and the team which won 83 cup. But, this one is really unbeleavable. This was not the expectation from them. We know media and Ad did almost 50 percent of harm in the begining itself. But, if you are sure of death in the battle field, better bie a heros death..... its that simple.
It hurts a lot. Atleast even fans should get some room to make their arguments. I think, its the players who need to take it positively. I am sure, they will.

i am as hurt as anyone about the team losing, but why are we barking up the wrong tree? why are we venting our spleen against sposorships? its a legitimate way of players making money. if they appear in 1,99,99,999 ads then its their business- literally. the players get ads for their good performances- if they don%u2019t, the sponsors disappear. A player like Tendulkar gives a certain no.of days every year to his sponsors. Which would be less than %u2013 arguably %u2013 10% days a year. Now the balance 90% is for cricket. So why blame the ads? theres no proven science that curtailing ads would make them play better. yes, we can comment on their on ground performances. not rake up how they make money every time they lose. we readily forgive politicians for taking bribes ; none get beaten up / attacked for any scandal. yet people throw stones at player property. uncalled for. Laloo prasad , who has squandered a state makes a juvenile comments that he can bat better. why are we not after these guys for multi million scandals that are even more impt ? once again, lets not let the players go without accountability. but giving suggestions about banning ads ( or the ludiculous 1 ad-per player) is not the way ahead . there are a lot of yesteryear cricketers in sorry financial affairs and ' benefit' matches are played for them. we dont want a repeat , do we? Let comments / suggestions on the world cup defeat not be regressive.

Your suggestion is really appreciated....when u have such lot of good suggestion..why are u timid in disclosing your name.....Dear if u say something ..say boldly like a man...or what if u r a woman or girl...be bold especially when what u say is really very good.....Yes friends..show the same spirit to handle the politician when they are caught bribed or scam etc...See please let us open our eyes and realise in cricket the "THE WIN" is not totally in our control....it is a war which any one can win.....but the bribe of politician is not a thing which happens "out of control". When they take bribe or do some scam ...they in fact plan it properly and execute it...so who should we attack this poor ( though so irritating) cricketers who are undergoing one of the leanes patch of the cricketing times in this world...or the few politician who are looting the country with scams and brides....( Pl mind I said "a few"....not all the politicians......I respect all political parties and all good politician....goood day
