when more was selector,he has done alot of wrong selection in indian cricket team.He used to heard only Gerg Voice.And moreover most of selector are those who never played cricket or those who are failure in their time of cricket.I think Rahul has no aggression as captain.Sachin is one most selfish player of this century,he plays for himself and commerical ads.Ganguly was playing for himself so that he could save his position in indian cricket team
Mr More is the real culprit who had played the dirty game of ousting Ganguly. Mr More says that Ganguly had the best team at his disposal %u2013 TRUE. But it was the team which Ganguly had developed from scratch. We all know when Ganguly took over as captain what was the state of Indian cricket. He was the guy who had nurtured the young cricketers, who today also vouch by ganguly%u2019s name.
Its really sorry that Dravid inherited a good team and has spoilt the composition of the team with thoughtless experimentation. Dravid is an impeccable batsman lets keep him that way.
Its true that no coach can create a champion in 18 months but see what he has done from last world cup FINALIST to exiting in the First Round itself. Great Mr More you have gone insane, that%u2019s all I can say about you.
If a most useless less played cricketer can become chairman of selectors, why cant a successful cricketer be tried as coach? Remember that the coach has to coach the ones whom the selectors choose.
I feel the key behind everything is the lack of commitment and seriousness. Everybody has taken their place for granted in the team as they are earning more than what they deserve.
Heavy pay packs, huge money from endorsements and advertisements and no pressure to perform. Except 1 or 2 in our team rest all are permanent in the Team as non performing CEO`s and Managers of any sinking Organizations. If we want India to perform we should raise our voices and WE should see to it that:
1) We dont encourage Company%u2019s to take our cricketers as Brand Ambassadors and let us band products endorsed by them.
2) Make their pay packs performance based. It is really sad to know our Jawans who are living day and night to protect us are paid not even 10% of what these idiots%u2019 cricketers earn. Do you accept finally it is our money which is going to the cricketers?
3) Get a good CEO to handle the BCCI. Not these politicians but get Mr. Narayan Murthy and see the changes.
We PEOPLE has to get things right and raise the voice. World Cricket is earning maximum from India and Indian endorsements then why should we suffer?
What More says is absolutely right. Players like Ganguly coming back will only be intrested in ruining the success rate of the successor so that they always look more succesful than winning. As they cannot change history they involve in ruining the present. That's why Australian system is better. When they sacked Steve waugh he was sacked totally and never let in though he was more succesful, than Ganguly. And the way Tendu is going looks like he is got the boon of Bheesma in Mahabharata. Its only by his wish that he can get out. Till then he can keep playing & scoring zeros, also he can get capitancy if he wishes.
