BCCI should be forced to de-classify all the documents regarding the working of the organization. No more secret work in BCCI. Indian public has to right to know what is happening in BCCI. Enact the right to information act on the affairs of BCCI.

I feel that Mr. Greg Chappel should be replaced by a Indian Coach having some coaching experience like say Sandeep Patil.Because Indian players are emotional & left brain persons & should only be allowed to control by a left brain person instead of a right brain person like Greg Chappel.He is a egomaniacal person who failed to mix up with the group.Otherwise more amicable person like John Wright,Tom Moody can be tried.Mr. Greg Chappel should be assigned the responsibility of building youngstars from U-16 upto India "A" team as he is a great teacher.Indian Team should have to take his advice also sometimes .He only lacks in strategies & egotist person.So he cannot be the senior team's coach.
Saurav can be reinstated as captain as he is the natural leader.Yuvraj be develoved as vice captain who after 2~3 years can be the Indian Captain.We should induct more juniors to india team like Kartik,manoj tewary,ranadev bose,r.p. singh,raina,kaif. Seniors like Sachin,sehbag who are natural choices should be told to perform in domestic cricket like Saurav & then be selected.For jounior to senior level player developement should be like australian model under greg.
if u made a donkey australian captian they will still win WC but if u give Ponting 10 donkey to play with he will never win.This is what happened with Dravid

Kiran More, shut your mouth at first. Y'have destroyed / damage the indian cricket the most. Y r d sole responsible person for that. When u could not be a proper batsman and not even a wicket keeper in your time, so how u can even think of a good cricketer. U should have been kicked out / thrown mmediately from the committee. You were the worst choice ever. Now Sharad Powar is doing the same. Total board should be changed, b'coz they don't deserve to be in the committee. Only cricketrs with good cricketing knowledge should be there. But NOT LIKE KIRAN MORE, the worst played India ever produced.

I am curious to know from More What kind of Miracles/Result expected from Indian team with the "Hard Work" and Strategy put by Mr. Chappell & Dravid? India will now become 8th or 9th position out of 9 test playing countries from top 3-position 1 year back. And that too depends on the performance of minnows like Bangadesh. One can easily understand kind of strategy and hard work put by team management to get into this horrible result!!

The indian team consists of 3 players who is the favourite of the selectors, 3 of the BCCI president, 3 of the captian, 3 of the coach. there is no place for perfomance , form etc. In fact rahul dravid has to be blamed for indias humilating defeat, he forced the inclusion of sehwag who was totally out of form as stated by vengsarkar and we got defeated by bangladesh. we indians have been taken for a ride by our polictcians , the police, the judicary now we have this cricketers. all indians should collectively stop using any prodcut endorsed by any playing 11 cricketer.lets hit them back where it hurts.
a radical change has to be made in the selection process where there is no favourtism. Chappeel commented that the seniors did not allow the younger lot to play, sreesanth was not even allowed to play for one single match.maybe it was dravid sehwag and sachin . Secondly we should keep polticians like sharad pawar out of the game else it will be another story of favourtism ,cheap politcis and money making. why dont we have a system where in the perfomance gurantees a slot in the indian playing 11 and not being close to the selectors, kiran more was the centre of controversy some years back where in he was charged for demanding favours / money in turn for a place in the Indain 11. we can have a simple system in place where in we have 5 team s India west, north, south east and central play league matches and the top performing 10 batsmen and 10 bowlers are taken into the final list. The playing 11 should consist of the best 6 batsmen and the best 5 bowlers and after every match the perfomance is reviewed by measurable metrics and the player who cannot deliver is put on the bench and the next player is offered an oppurtunity. I memn in short a team which is slected only by perfomance and not becasue of chamachagiri to the BCCI president, coaches and selectors .
Why media asks comments from Kiron More. He is the person who ruins Indian Cricket. He makes Indian Cricket to be raped by any country. See the result. The World Cup team was Indian Best team ever, they showed their performance many times before, but all things started happened when More came to selection committee. Everybody knows Dravid is not fit for captain. He is not aggressive and week strategy.
"I will be very disappointed if Rahul is not continued with as captain and Greg Chappel as a Coach" - Who cares, who is asking his opinion. He can disappoint himself alone, give him a chance.
"You just can't have a former Test cricketer as coach just because he has played cricket" - Same thing applies to More and Chappel also. "You just can't have a former Test cricketer as Chairman of selection committee just because he has played cricket" and playing Dirty Politics. Chappell is experimenting (practicing) his ability of coaching like a new Doctor.
We have a very good team if More was not there, and Greg was not a coach.
Now dont blame indian public and media for creating a hipe of the game..... in other countries also the seen is same just the sport may change ... say SOCCER.
Now if the players cant play in pressure ... they should step down, as now a days playing against bangladesh is also a pressure game.
lets form a NEW CRICKET TEAM with players who are mentally tough.

Why Sharad Power as Chairman. What does he know about the Game of Cricket. Bangladesh ka sath mehi uska phat giya. Should appoint some one who knows the game.
