we are talking about competition between counties who play cricket. you are comparing ourselves with usa,russia, china and others who never played cricket.
either you mean we are so bad in our palaying cricket or you ahve no sense of comparision. i hope you belong to the former category.

By subba Rao. Let us treat Cricket like other sports and games. When a large contingent was sent for Asian Games and Olympics, we get only a handfull of medals. Why we are not crying at that time foul. The Indian team members are not GODS they are also human beings like us. Let us not ill treat them and their family members which very harsh and unwarranted.

I thing u gone mad , you know to play cricket, and what is meaning of cricket, laxman is come in the cricket becuase of luck and some money he given to selector, and sreesanth should throw out he should see around any cricket player, he want to make styles not cricket
I think we are acting foolish by taking lives or selling organs to watch cricket! I think the media should play a more responsible role and talk of such people with contempt. Articles like this leave indelible impressions on the young mind and it becomes a race for "Who is the best fan". While its unfortunate that India lost so shamelessly, lets not take away the fact that the other teams were too good for us. The frame in which India played, any team could have defeated us in India. I think we should stop the unwanted hype surrounding cricket and let us all realise that our players are also human. To err is human.. Its just that the Indian team is more human than the rest :)
Now that both India and Pakistan have made the exit at WC 2007 West Indies along with 6 others, we can hold in the sub continent a parallel World Cup (could be called Flopper 8 in contrast to Super 8). Can we hope at least in this India will reach the Finals.

I think not. Pakistan and now Bangladesh appear stronger. Sri Lanka of course cannot be there at all. Flopper 8 should be - India , Burma(Myanmar) , Bhutan, Nepal, Singapore, Malaysia,South Korea, and Thailand. If any country begins to be a threat by improving their game over the years we have to take them out of Flopper 8. This way we can win.

start admiring the fitness,athletism,quality of aussies,safs,kiwies and compare them with couch potatoes like sehwag,ganguly,kumble,munafetc.our overfed,pampered players are no match to high quality players of the above countries.we never deserved to compete with them.they can do only on india's dead pitches with home support.they look like rats on fast bouncy pitches outside.let us admire the better quality opponets and hope our mediocre stars will improve quickly to desrve to play against them.give them time.no hard feelings guys.don't loose sleep over a trivial game like cricket.there is always next time and hope for the best.
