Yeah..even i saw the star news video tapes.on delhi cricket club match fixing clips..it was shocking..sehwag leaked all the information..he wants to become captain...since rahul never asks sehwag for ideas even sehwag is a vice captain...its joint mission of saurav and sehwag..they made 100 crore indians fools
Second Chance! Rahul Dravid! G. Chhapel! No way, they will win in sub continent & u will forget about the fact that they are not worthy of being captain and coach. We have been retaining shit, expecting it to work as mannuare. Forget lt get a strong coach - not a stubborn one like greg. Madanlal was a strong coach but Azhar & Co. did not like him practicing of a strict fitness regime. New blood is necessary with slight.. Ii repeat slight bit ... of experience. balkrishen pandit
It is indeed a disgrace that India are out of the worldcup but this would also help in a much needed shakeup of Indian cricket , I dont blame the current cricketers but on the cricket administrators . Eventhough BCCI is one of the richest enterprise, they simply have not invested enough in Crcket . The state of domestic cricket is pathetic , bad pitches . Consider this there have been no decent spinner in India to replace Bhajji and Kumble ? , why do good performers in ranji take time to perform in the international arena . Its all the domestic game to blame .. there is no incentive to play domestic cricket . The answer to India's cricketing woes is simple , upgrade the quality of domestic tournaments .Make them more attractive , telecast on TV . There will be an automatic improvement in indian national teams performance
oye sachin tune ye kya kiya, apne 18 saal ke career main tu india ko ek world cup bhi nahi dila paya, sayad tere aane se hi mere desh ki team ko junk lag gaya. tu ek grahan hai mere desh ke team per. dekhna 2011 main tu nahi hoga aur india world cup jitega. remember, it would happen. ek Mahan (brave) aadmi 4 saal jita hai aur saan se but tu to 18 saal jiya magar mar-mar kar. tu woh insaan hai jiske pass apne liye sab kutch hai magar kisike liye kutch bhi nahi. tu woh insaan hai jo sirf apne liye jiya hai.
India's premature exit from the World cup is a shame not only for the players but the country as a whole. While accepting the fact that most of the teams in this tournament are well prepared and seemingly superior to Indians, the blame lies on two people, the captain and the coach. If the coach was adamant, the captain was his extoller. Dravid, never ever paid heed to the former players advice and thinking and followed what the coach has said. He always forgot one thing that he is an Indian and he is leading a national team. Chappel is a foreign coach and if he fails in his assignment he will return to his country, but it is not the case as far as Dravid is concerned. He is an Indian and he should have kept in mind India's pride rather than anything. While he insisted for Shewag in the team even after his continuous failures why he hever asked for Ganguly's inclusion when he was ousted from the team. Here again he followed what Mr. Chappal desired and asked. Now he got what he deserved for playing politics rather than cricket. Chappel is a shameless fellow and he only wanted to teach a lesson to the players who shows disregard to his policies. He can easily be picked as the worst coach of the world cricket and I wonder if any nation would like him to be coached its team.
Having said all these, I would like to mention here that none of the Indian players wheter it is batsmen or bowlers have done anything good for the country. They are good for acting and not for playing cricket. As Hon'ble Laloo Yadav said we should retire all the players and selet a all new team. Then we cna at least solace that ours is an inexperienced team. This applies to both batsment and bowlers. Our bowlers are equally responsible for this debacle. They lack intensity and ideas. One cannot blame the captain if the bolwers fail to deliver even in conducive atmospheres. Except the inexperienced Munaf none of the bowlers deserve a place in the Indian team. We need to nurture Pathan as an all rounder, Srishanth and Munaft as strike bowlers along with some quality spinners who can bat also. We don't need world class spinners who can never produce results on trying conditions. Try some good alrounders and see the changes. After all one day cricket is a game of mentally tough players and not technically correct and timid players.

See Mr Murali your desire will not be fulfilled by BCCI , again they will prefer old Donkies. All the talks are goings that who will be next Captain, is it is Sachin or Saurav even after such a debacle has happened. This System will not change. Mark my words
Anand is the by-word for mental toughness. When the tournament is on the line, such as in the final few rounds of a round-robin, he steps up his game and becomes even more ruthless in his execution. Hallmark of a true champion.
On the other hand, our over-rated bozo cricketers run for cover when the pressure gets high on them. They crumble like a bad cookie.
At this point, I'm actually happy that our cricketers are not in the Indian armed forces. Can you imagine these cowards in uniform? The first bullet from an enemy gun, and these unfortunate zeroes will abandon their positions and race each other to surrender to the enemy.
th author seems to endores the view that good players "at peak" should only be kept in the squad.
this sounds good by logic, but cricket is not a game won by logic, its more of a mind game and the camaraderie that players have among themselves matters most.
Rather than the pitch, its the atmosphere in the dressing room that decide if a team is going to win and lsoe.
While playing 'fit' players is important, it is of utmost importance that it should not be done at the cost of team spirit. You never know who gets out for a duck or who makes a century, so that this whole notion of 'inform player' is itself subjective.
However you do know that if players are committed to each other and are motivated, they can win, irrespective of their individual forms.
Durin this edition of the world cup, you could say from the body language that the players could not win. seems they lacked team spirit and motivation. They lacked in their minds, not in their fitness or form as suggested by the author.

My friend, even Lance klusener was throuwn out of the Saouth Africa Team within 2-3 years as his performance dipped and what about the Aussies - examples are aplenty
Vengsarkar once said that there are not good enough players in India ... only this reason can work in favour of the oldies in the team right now
Since 15th March, 2007 I am waiting to hear from rediffmail customer support, for my grievenance on the sale of a product. Regret I have not received any reply. I wish to write and let all the rediffmail users know abt this.
Its been more than 20 years since the great politician Priyaranjan Dasmunshi (i think he belongs to CPM) took control of Indian Football. The gentleman has shamelessly clung on to his seat while football rots, with no consideration of country whatsoever.
Sameis with Mr. Suresh Kalmadi, president of Indian Olympic Committee. No scams can ever force him to retire.
And now we have our cricket headed by Mr. Sharad Pawar, with Laloo Prasad Yadav (his son plays for his school team) gearing up to take control, and Arun Jaitley (President, DDCA, Delhi) waiting in the wings
GOD save Indian cricket
and be prepared to see Laloo's son in Team Bihar in 1-2 years and team India in a 2-3 years

You forgot to mention the other genius sports administrator of our -- Mr. KPS Gill of the Indian Hockey Federation.
This guy, who thinks the word "harass" is actually two words, has managed to take Hockey to its nadir and has shamelessly stuck to his chair like a limpet.
