i think friends what we can do if allowed we can have two teams the first 11 players that should the easy games like Barmuda and the other which play crunch matches that like against srilanka the first team include all genius of paper players like tendulkar, ganguli, dravid, sehgwags,Dhoni etc and the bunch of other youth must have kaif, kartik, pathan, raina and others as we all know that these seniors wet their pants in crunch matches better give young kids chances i know they can make it and get at least to super 8 , thanx
1. You must bear responsibility for the team you chose.
2. You are biased. As as Human Resources manager, you cannot afford to bring in your personal biases against ganguly in the fore ground.
3. You have no competence to judge Ganguly, who has been more successful than you ever were in your career.
4. In the west, the coaches and selectors bear the brunt of the loss of the team, and step down on moral grounds. If you have any moral. Please step down.
To conclude, I think you are the real culprit. Not Chappel, not the team. You have demotivated the team by speaking against so many players on so many occasions.
for the betterment of the game, stop giving excuses, take responsibility.

I dont think any one in the selection board is corrupt. Its just that Mr. More is highly demotivating an individual. He tends to speak against people too much. Since this is the team he chose(he is the chief selector); he must take moral responsibilty and step down.
If a company fails, the CEO resigns. Similarly, Mr. More has lost all moral right to remain on the board of selectors or even in the BCCI.
i admit that sachin has not been what we expect him to be. But just look at the batting averages of all the indian batsmen for previous ten matches.Sachin has highest average of all...u can not expect him to win all the matches. Its not sachin alone playing the world cup...its a nation called INDIA (the team)

How many matches has he won for India when expected to perform, not a single in last 7 years, Even in Last world cup He scored 98 but got out at crucial time...He is not match winner...

yeah...but sachin is not a match-winner, he is fired off
As long as pepsi and coco cola are there there will be major failures in the indian team. All a player has to do is perform just once and then he makes the big bucks and forgets how the game is played.it is really unfare that we have to pay so much for a pepsi.other wise we should stop buying any soft drink that sponsors players

I bet.. Selecters should remove Sachim Sehwag and Sourav.. And bring some young talented full of confidence individuals, Then look how Rahul performs as a captain.

Mr. ad People like you are responsible for regionalism. As long as guys like u are there India will never prosper as a team.
selectors must re-consider the huge packages given to the cricketers. they are already getting more than enough money from other sources. please provide this money to poor cricketers who have extra ordinary talents. They will give their life to the country. Only those people will have the real attitude needed for a cricketer.
It is really surpsing to note no one has quit..and still hanging on to their postions... Four Prsons should take lead and quit for once - Sharad Pawar, Vengsarkar, Greg Chappell & Rahul Dravid. Then only other will follow.
