lets be civil and courteous..aceept that sachin is not performing well..but dada even thought is scoring runs is 100% playing for his place in the team and not for TEAM INDIA...lets ditch all these players...including dada and make a fresh start as true indians..agreed?

dude...just wanna tell you pls don't compare laxman and ganguly...both are different type of cricketers....and if you want stat's will let you knw if u r interested....drop a mail...!!! i don't remember a single one-day where laxman played xtra-ordinary innings..and we're strictly taliking abt ODI...!!!

I have nothing against Bengal or bengalis..I have nice bengali fiends..But,I am pained that they put Gnaguly over India always..why do you do this ?
India team is nothing but a bunch of jokers.They proved it many times.Best batting lineup or world best batsman what we call is simply funny. who is the best batsman,scoring 14000 is not the criteria whether they helped in indian winning is important,but our master blaster never done it,still we call him best,because we are indians.u take jayasuriya,hayden,lara,Inzamam are they best or not when compared to our's.they contributed very well to their teams when compared to our's.is n't it..our players simply making money with our hopes..they dont have killing instinct and dont need what our people's hopes on them, I dont know why agarker has been selected ,is he wicket taking bowler..i guess selectors had some idiology which keeping them to ignore some cricketers like nehra,Balaji,raina,pawar and only selecting their favorite cricketers...i wish my players and selectors should stop playing with fans like us and should see cricket to live in this country... thanks to our bestttt batsman and crickters
Mr Kiran More why u r not commenting anything against Sachin Tendulkar.only targetting Saurav Ganguly Please change u r attitude towards the successful captain of India.u r only resposible for the bad performance of India ,if u have not removed saurav gangul as a captain surely In dian team has performed very well in this worldcup.

how many times you had fallen before you started walking properly! pray to god that your mom didn't give on you thinking that you are too young...otherwise we would have seen you limping in life! gentleman...if India has to loose anyways..they should rather loose with young team...atleast they would get much needed exposure! i hope you understand ...if not..go write the codes..u aint good at analyzing cricket!
After the World Cup debacle, most of us would be wondering what will happen to Indian Cricket. Will we witness a major revamp of Team India? Likes of Sachin making way for new bloods.
I believe that time has come for a change. New players should be given opportunities. Senior Players should seriously consider restricting their careers to Test Match Cricket. If the likes of Dravids and Tendulkars feel that anybody can have a bad day in the office and defeat should not be taken to heart by fans, then I must say that please think again about your one day cricket career. Here one bad day for entire of your so called greats has resulted in ignominious exit from the World Cup. Unfortunately, bad days for our cricketers happen quite often much to the chagrin of Indian Fans.
We cannot take anything away from great players like Sachin, Ganguly or Dravid. They have served Indian Cricket well for more than a decade but now they should do some introspection. They should think whether they can really cope up with the pressure and demands of the one day cricket. In Test Match Cricket, you always have the second innings to make amends for your first inning failures. In one dayers, there is no second chance. Pressure is enormous.
New guys coming into the team can play their natural cricket and will not have suffer from any 'Reputation' syndrome. Ideally, they should also not be scared of the reputations of their opponents. Fans will look at them in a different way. They will be more forgiving and understanding, if they fail.
I hope for sometime, our cricketers will not do any new commercials. They should take the moral responsibility for their bad performance and solely concentrate on improving the performance. If pride is what you play cricket for, then please do not make a mockery of your image by doing commercials, ensued by your failures on cricketing field. I hope BCCI pays you well for representing India. If you think that it is not enough then follow someone like Salil Ankola or Ajay Jadeja. Who knows, anyone of you can be a perfect choice for Lagaan-2.
Please leave commercial part for Shahrukhs, Aamirs and Hrithiks. People are not going to question them if their films dont do well in Box office.
I hope Indian Cricket will only get better from here on. Whatever is the composition of the team, whosoever is the captain and coach of Team India, we want them to give their best and play with new zeal and vigor. We are with you today and always.
I feel that a group of average players can become superstar players if they are given proper time, guidance, leadership under a good coach (Not Chappel).
I urge and pray to the selection team and board members that please get rid of your vested interests. You have seen the result of this. If this will continue, people will really stop watching cricket.
Don't watste time on encouraging the players of famous and powerful persons like Sunil Gavaskar's son Rohan Gavaskar. Why was he given so many chnaces when he does not deserve. We can give such precious time and opportunity to a more deserving player.
These small-small things does matter a lot as you are wasting time and money for ass like non - deserving persons.
These nepotisim, favourism are not only with cricket but in every field so God can only take control over powerful GUNDAS so that they can take the right of committed and promising players.

I agree. Kian More, who was a flop cricketer during his time, has sabotaged the fame of Indian Cricket by his dity politics with Coach Greg Chappel. He has no right to comment... and more rightly said.. media and portals should not publish his bogus interviews

Yuvraj,Dhoni were coming at a time when too many balls had already been wasted by ganguly,tendulkar,dravid etc.If you blame them,its not fair.If an opener,of the class of ganguly,eats up more than half of balls alloted in the innings and scores less than half of that.(60 in 130),the rest of the players will obviously feel the pressure.

very well said sunita, i totally agree with you...!!! just to put you some stats, kiran more was the keeper who dropped Graham Gooch, on 36, who then made a mammoth 333 at Lord's in 1990. and if speaking about world cup...he was the person who showed utter irresponsibility in 1992 world cup match against australia...where we went on to lose that match...!!!
he is not the person who should be speaking about ganguly just becoz' he is the selector...he's average in test is 25.7 with 7 hundreds and only 2 sixes thru out his carrer and with ODI average of under 14 with high score of 42*...
mind you he's not spoken a word about sachin and dravid...just targetting ganguly becoz' he favours chappel who had damaged indian team mentally..!!!

But who toiled in that World Cup ?
Sachin scored match winnings. Finals he failed but only Sehwag played in that innings against Australia.
What Saurav did this time ? What Ganguly did there except scoring against minnows against NAMIBIA City Oval not out *112 KENIYA Newlands not out *107 KENIYA Kingsmead not out *111
Now what against NZ 3,AU 24 ,PAK 0 AUS 9, EN19

He kept that record in this world cup But no centuries only VERY VERY SLOW match loosing performances
Why can't we have one day internationals internally in India between the Zonal teams. We can pick up the top performers from all the 4 teams and make a team which should be able to beat any team in the world. It might look like a dream but unless we try it out we cannot say anything.
MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THAT THE CRICKETERS SHOULD BE BANNED FROM DOING ADVERTISEMENTS. THIS WILL NOT ONLY MAKE THEM RESPONSIBLE BUT ALSO IMPROVE THE GAME.
