Well, it's been a real disastrous tour and the most disappointing exhibition by our own TEAM INDIA in the recent times. In any case i really do not reamber a classic display of courage, planning and execution in many years now. It's been the probabilities which is helping us most of the times rather than our own game. So, what next now?? where do these go now on??. Well it calls for total revamp of the sorts. It's time the selection committee comes up with a MEGA PLAN. If I were to draw a plan it would look like as follows. 1. Coach- No more foreign coaches. We have plenty of talents on our own soil so doesn't need to look around for the same. Former players, sitting in the commentry box and commenting should come forward to take the lead. Appoint one Batting coach, One bowling coach and one fielding coach.Along with this one fitness trainer. 2. Captain- Saurav Ganguly should be given the responsibility to lead this theam for next 12 to 14 months. His job is to lead from front. Give opportunity to youngsters,use them effectively. His agression come handy in most situation. He should be given free hand and he has the ability to do it.He should transition plan to hand over the reins to his next in charge in onother years time. 3. Deputy- Appoint Yuraj singh or Robin Uttapa as vice captain and one of them should bea able to lead the team in the next world cup. 4. The TEAM- Sack the senior outright. I loved to watch, Kumble, Sachin, Dravid but their days are over. They lack the reflexes needed for the modern day cricket. They should be exited gracefully. And now is the time to do it. Sehwag should be rested along with Harbhajan for 6 to 8 months. They need to correct their game. Bring in the whole set of new players. In the present lot, Dhoni has shown promise behind the wicket, he should be consistant in front of the wicket too. Do not make a mistake of dropping Robin, Sreeshant, Irfaan, Munaf, Dinesh. And most important, bring back VVS Laxman. 5. And THE NEW TEAM INDIA- Stop acting in commercials. concentrate on the game which has given you so much.You have been transformed from gulli cricketer to a natinoal hero. Your country men has expectation from you. Bring smile on their faces. Play for the country and not for the self. Yse the modern day technology to analyse and improve ur game. 6. Politician- Stay away from sports. Leave them alone. let them plan their scheme. You better concentrate on your job/portfolio. You depart needs you there and not in sports. This is a good enough encouragement for the sportsmen and the country.

Kishore....... I agree with u ...Team should not rely upon senior players basig upon their past performances what we need to see is what's happening at the hour of need.. I didnt saw any Zeal and fire in the palyers body language in the World Cup tour...It is not a fancy show to show up their glamour ,,it is their hard hitting behaviour to prove their mettle is needed... More than playing... they concetrated on Ads ...not at all a professionalism to all Mr Rights like Sachin, Dravid , Dhoni...Mr Dhoni is better to join Bolywood where he can get more endoresemesnts and a bright filmi career ....Seletors do the see the Skillful technical and hardworking playeres who will play, fight and die for cricket to win for the country....Come on BCCI ..do refersh the entire team and make bold changes ...We the Whole nation is with U ..Dont afraid of dirty politics,dummy players name & fame...Hope to see a Better and Bright team
Since they have lost so poorly & out of world cup now, No one will watch the matches till final. So lot of electricity is saved & The Electricity board authorities need not have to stop load shedding in view of cricket matches.The additional electricity available can be utilised by farmers for water pumping. Hence indian cricket team should be awarded as they are helping the farmers.

wow...a truly original view. Also it saves manhours wasted on watching cricket, students can focus on studies and wives stop complaining that hubbies are only glued to the tv screen. They shd be awrded Friends of the Nation trophy.
first of all throw sachin out of team , as a senior palyer and when we need him he is not taking responsibilities, and stop blaming saurav , he is doing well. but like saurav other players should be thrown out of team. so they can either improve or take retirement.sachin should now take care of his hotels business and better leave cricket
