The boys (not men) you picked have shown the world that they have no guts, no heart and absolutely no potential. They are shameless loosers. In a nutshell we all know how pathetic the state of Indian cricket is today. Wake up and smell the roses, this game is not about money. It is about playing with pride and playing your heart out to win. None of the bozos you picked displayed even an inkling of the key traits winners display. Instead, they continue down the path of making more money. You'll have done nothing to curb this. BCCI has enough money, you don't need more. Each of the bozos in this lineup make more in a year than most make in a lifetime. They have had enough. More imporatantly, we the paying public have had enough. Here's what you can do to redeem yourselves a little.
Make a mandatory rule that will ban players from endorsements period. Make this effective immediately. It is not your problem if there are existing contracts that players have signed. They have a choice - if they really want to play for their country, they have to give up their lucrative contracts. Money has corrupted this game to a level that is unprecedented in history. You have a chance to level the field a bit. Reward excellence by all means. Just don't make cricket the easy path to make money. Lastly, be accountable. You have been elected to these posts and you'll haven't made any statement to the public. The Pakistani board have all quit. How come you'll are so quiet? Do you really believe you'll are obsolved from the pathetic performance of the team that you picked to begin with? What are you'll planning to do for the future? Or do you simply not believe that we the public have a right to know? Show some respect for the masses that fill your coffers. Take some action and show some spine that your bozos seriously lack. This is not an isolated incident. If you believe this pathetic display was a purely due to bad day or 2 in the park, you must be doing drugs or are seriously deluded. Money, money and money is the source of the problem. In 1 days, other than winning the Natwest trophy and reaching the WC final only to get thumped in style is the only claim to fame for this much tooted team over the past 10 years. For that the bozos get paid in crores. Where is the incentive to perform? Where is the incentive to be accountable to anyone? Compare this to the greats that India produced. The poor blokes who won in '83 and '85/'86 made a pittance when compared to today's bozos. Eradicate this systematic problem that you have helped facilitate. Do the right thing and implement the much needed change of banning any kind of endorsements by players (including charity). If you need help in pulling a contract together, you will find tons willing to help for free. Do the right thing. Show some mettle, show some courage and show leadership. Show us that you at least have something that your bozos so obviously lack. Finally, let's hear something from you'll. Don't you think we have a right to know?

So now it goes to which hand the batsman plays with. Best left hand batsman - how puerile! How about you be objective and rate dada as a batsman. Why are you walking down the right/left hand path? Perhaps you know dada is definately not the best batsman India has ever produced?

You're only half right! Ganguly is the only Cricketer that Bengal has produced and will probably ever produce in the next 200 years. You Bengalis want him to continue playing until the next Bengali comes along.

well said..it is kind of true sadly..i am a bengali myself and have to admit you are almost 100% right..
Dear Readers, I just now read a report on the CNN-IBN channel that "Sachin wants to take over captaincy from Dravid" and that "Ganguly is in favour of this move" or something to that effect. Have these blokes gone stark mad that they can continue to build castles in the air after this deplorable performance? I had some respect for Sachin and Ganguly for their past performances. Now after hearing this news, I am convinced that the greed for money and power has taken a hold on them. Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely! I can't imagine Indian cricket plunging to a far more serious aboriginal debris than this. It is a pity that such things can happen only in India and nobody bats an eyelid before making such statements! Shame upon you guys, get lost!
