If you ask a plumber to paint what do you expect. Sell it for millions....? or throw the canvass...? If you ask your milkman to treat you when you fall ill, what do you expect? to get well soon..? or to aggravate the situation...? YOU tell me...
Similarly when your team has good players and you want them to bond as team and paint the most beutiful canvass ....what do you do ? Put a plumber or Milk man to do the job just because he does plumbing at the house of a painter or gives milk at the painters house and sees a glimpse of some of his paintings. Or do you call the painter to paint your canvass?? The call is for us to see feel and realize
If there is no support for Dravid in the Team , whom do you blame the leader or the Team?...
If you want a plumber to do painting and sell it for millions you get the same thing. The first person who is answerable is Mr. More himself. He is the best example for what is wrong with the cricket administration system in our country, i:e, When people are given some post especially selection they do everything to please the BCCI heavy weights but once they are removed they start speaking against the BCCI. If people really cared about cricket and valued their integrity they should say all this when they were office bearers not after they resign. It doesn't add any credibility.

Beating up the guys who failed in their profession by some hired hunters...Excellent Idea Pawan..! I guess this needs to be extended a little bit more... perhaps to teh Indian Poiticians... for failing to meet the dreams that they themselves have created..! And ... yeah... why leave other professions...? Let us start looking at other Filmstars... techniccians... how about the civil services..?! This way I guess we will be covering all the professions in India and they will be really careful about carrying out their responsibilities..!!! In fact, this great idea should be made a law - any body who fails (or who is deemed to be failure by others) will be hunted down..! No matter even if we look like some stone-age people..!!!

Even the honorable justice of India said the same thing just a few weeks ago about all corrupt politicians. We have to identify those people and punish them in front of their near and dears. If the politicians, cricket players etc will not feel confident of doing their work they will be hesitant in taking such responsibilities and that would be a great phenomena by itself.

I am totally agree with Pawan. What about 1 hunter for 1 lac rupee they earned? I think we should give some relief to indian player.
"What went wrong in the match?" is what is being asked. The question itself is wrong. Right question is: "What ails Indian Cricket?" The answer is: Everything. The whole bloody system stinks.
Do we require any more proof that Sachin Tendulkar ALWAYS fails on crucial ocassions? Yet he keeps getting picked up for the simple reason that he behaves properly. The phenomenon is not new. The team carried Kapil Dev over 5 years as an ornament. There is some talk going on about making Sachin Captain. One can imagine that unless we are willing to change the manner in which the game is run, making a few cosmetic changes will only worsen the situation.
A word about Dravid. He is too goddamn gentlemanly to lead this side. He has always volunteered to share extra burdens like wicket-keeping in the interest of the team. As a captain too, he continued in the same vein. He chose to open when nobody wanted to open, and forcing anyone to open could have caused a split. Similarly, he chose to bat lower in the order sacrificing his natural no. 3 position, because there were too many contestants for higher order slots. As a batsman he is still supreme, but we should spare him the captaincy. And Greg Chappel, what wrong has he done? He was not given a free hand. Given a free hand, he would never have tolerated players like Sachin.
One Yoeman service which Sachin Tendulkar can do to his beloved country is to announce his retirement, because he will never going to get the kick. We need to pick the team in a more transparent manner. What is this bullshit going around that the discussions inside the selection committee meetings should never be made public. Yes - I also agree that it is time for Tendulkar to retire. I can't remember when is the last time he scored runs while chasing good totals. When the team is under pressure especially batting second he has never performed. Most of his centuries came when India is batting first.
