West Indies must provide strigent protection for the participants
by Greg Chappell on Mar 23, 2007 01:24 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

WI authorities are partially responsible for this incident. They should have provided the better security. In fact India had to send security for its team. If a country is not well equiped with security, tomorrow this may happen again with anybody. We should be careful specially about Sachin & Saurav and other members. Earlier Sachin & Saurav had life-threat from Lashkar / Jais.

Deep Interrogation
by ANIL VERMA on Mar 23, 2007 01:23 PM  Permalink

This is one of the biggest conspiracy in the history of cricket event where coach is killed by the die hard bookies. Out of place to mention that there was a possible attempt to kill whole of pakistan team in the episode where gas leakage in their hotel took place. Finally the master has to depart. May his soul rest in peace

Woolmer was strangled to death: police
by Zooooooooom on Mar 23, 2007 01:22 PM  Permalink

This proves a point beyond doutb now about the soft underbelly of world cricket. To say that world cricket and more importantly cricket in the sub-continent is in the tight grip of the underworld would be an understatement. Its a tragedy waiting to happen. Now woolmer, tomorrow may be a player and then all will settle down once again. Where there is money bookies will follow and those who do not cooperate will pay the price. The authorities need to act decisively and fast. Players should be told to divulge any information or face the music.

Ban Cricket immediately
by Ghochu Singh on Mar 23, 2007 01:21 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Now the time has come to ban the cricket immediately,we shd not allow bookies/corrupt people's activity anymore. And nowhere country

is gaining from the game. This game is basically

a luxury time pass method for rich communities.

We shd not include common/poor people's money

for this game anymore.

Pls comment in a logical way not in an immotional way pls......
