It's a shame
by on Mar 24, 2007 03:50 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Our management should realise the time has come to think no player is more important than BCCI or our country. They are not playing for themselves, playing for our country. Time has come for Sachin to think about his future, probably drop him if he still wants to play more cricket. Shewag should be dropped from the team within no time, as simple as that. Dada should think about his retirement as well. He won't get better time to announce his retirement, so as Sachin (I think so). I appreciate whatever contribution they had for our country, so they should be well paid for their pension. But I don't want this bunch of jokers to dance in front of wickets and billions of people watching tem around the globe.

Glorious exit from World cup
by kaushik ghosh on Mar 24, 2007 03:48 PM  Permalink

It has been proved again that vested interest plays vital role in all spheres at INDIA.It is high time for Government to reconstitute Selection body and pl.do not sell India to the hands of Foreign coach again.Ex-selection committee Chief & present coach are primarily responsible for Team India's disgraceful performance through their preferential treatment and they should be taken to task.

Bingo Mate I aint drinking no Pepsi or making my kid eat Sunfeast biscuits as long as these jokers continue in the ads. I have been in teams where the very fact that the whole team trusts you makes you want to acheive the World. Here we have a team with a billion plus support and they are playing gully cricket. These guys have shamed the nation and more importantly their sponsors. Hope they notice and feel the same way. The money string has to get cut for things to improve.

unlike the lankan senior players, indian senior players failed once again, specially tendulker who always fails at big matches. singh and kumble are not in the same league with murali.

after the world cup the selectors should kick all the senior players out except ganguly and dravid. tendulker should retire, he is finished. everytime india needs him at big matches he fails.

there is no point of watching the world cup right now...i hope to god that tiger looses to bermuda..

same should go for the two test players ganguly and dravid...they are not fit to play one day, waste far too many balls, its not net practice session they think they go for.its not just sachin, u saying he fails everytime indian team needs him only goes to show how much evryone needs him, he cant be the saviour of entire team anymore. what the hell are the rest of 11 players doing to justify their selection.

cricket indian defeat

It is a game and sport. No one can expect consistant win. But Our country has immence potential and talent but worst and corrupt political system and leaders. Fairness not available in this country in any field. Search of young talent is to be on. Builder our children and youngsters to future. Everybody's imagination towards this team is best. But average age of our team players is considerably high. Learning is a continues process. we learn from our failures. Try next time, if Fail again and fail better. One day we will attain success. The thing is consistant trying and improving ourselves and finding fresh and young talens as sports belong to youngsters.
