It is the disaster to the cricket, I don%u2019t why people always blames to coaches for player%u2019s poor performance, take examples from IND/BAD and Pak/IRL game, I mean on the cricket filed player has to perform, I think its right to for Sachin and some other seniors player to step down for country%u2019s bright future, it is really very Sad that it happened

Cricket lost a teacher who lived cricket by his soul. As a coach he made country to proud which is got his shelter for teaching.
God help all of his family member to bear this shock & give peace to his soul.

Bob was doing his job sincarely. its all mater of luck and one should not forget cricket is just a game at this end one team has to loose.
