A great loss
by Gaurav Sharma on Mar 19, 2007 03:10 PM  Permalink

My heart goes out to his near and dear ones.. Its a loss which could not be made up.. He must have been shattered by the loss.. But what really can a coach do if the team is so pathetic that it can do down to a minnow for 131 runs....

The world knows that under Bob Woolmer, the team improved a lot but against Ireland they just did not take the match seriously due to their overconfidence. The loss wouldn't have had much effect on the shameless but it had a fatal effect on Woolmer... Goes on to show how committed he was to the game and his team.
