In the passing of Bob Woolmer, the international cricket community has lost a thinker of the game. Like Greg Chappell he tried to establish a process in Pakistan that's not have a proper structure. He also had to deal with the erratic behaviour of many past and present Pakistan cricketers. Woolmer guided South African cricket under the leadership of Hansie Cronje.
