My Deepest Condolences,
by Ravikumar on Mar 19, 2007 12:50 PM  Permalink

I am very shocked to hear the sad demise of Pak's coach Bob Woolmer. He is one of the best coaches in the world who lost his image by taking over as Pak's coach.Coaching Pakistan which is most indiciplened, arrogant and rouge team is the dirtiest job.In future no foriegn coach will come forward to coach India and Pakistan which are ignorant. You also no the fact that woolmer was beaten by Shohaib Akthar and abused by another player.A detailed enquiory will reveal the facts.

I bet he knew somethig related to betting and match fixing ...and PCB thought he will go to press once the contract gets over in June 2007. So he was fixed.

Dear Raoji, people like you are curse of the game and sports. You people never understand that a game is a game and it is ultimately fun. Never be happy in somebody's downfall because it may reach you in no time. Dont worry about Pakistan's defeat, you worry about yourself. Any sportsloving person will hate Pakistan to be out of the world cup, because it has been a great team. I love Pakistani team as much as I love the Indian team. That is sports.

For God's sake, please don't put it this way.
It's horrifying.
Resignation definitely, retirement may be, but suicide/untimely death, a big NO NO !
Game is bigger than an individual, but life is much more precious than the game.
Let Bob's soul rest in peace, which another coach's death will not make so.

BOB WOOLMER POISONED...
by Ramesh Dutta on Mar 19, 2007 12:44 PM  Permalink

I think Bob Woolmer death is the result of some ripples caused between him and PCB, might be the players are involved in his death Though I believe that might be he is poisoned by some Pakistan Cricket Fan or some Pak player himself.

Bob Woolmer have joined a corrupt country known for that worldwide terrorism. Pakistan can't be friend of any country. We have ato accept this fact that he is poisoned.

conspiracy of bobs death
by Dharmesh Rai on Mar 19, 2007 12:44 PM  Permalink

I think bobs death is due to pakkistans loss with ireland and some pakistani might have poisoned him to take the revenge of loss and let me say he is not the only person responsible for the loss all the pakistani players are responsible why dont they poison them its because woolmer was not pakistani and so all the frustration was poured on him.In pakistan most of them hated him May his soul rest in peace and the culprit be punished

Bob Woolmer rest in peace.
by cedric nazareth on Mar 19, 2007 12:43 PM  Permalink

ICC World Cup 2007 would remain etched in publice memory for a long time to come, no thanks to the untimely passing away of one of cricket's greatest coaches, Bob Woolmer. This should serve as a wake up call to the publice in general and the media in particular to treat cricket as nothing more than an unpredictable game. Over hype by the media leads to irrational expectations among the largely ignorant public in the sub continent. The constant media glare places immense pressure on the players, captain and coach in particular. One may never know what caused the sad and shocking demise of Bob Woolmer, but one can only hope and pray that such a distressing incident does not happen in the field of any sport. On behalf of the Indian people, I convey my heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family. Rest in peace, Bob Woolmer.

How can people be so uncivilized, barbaric, sadist and malevolent, the message board here talks about Bob Woolmer's tragic death and this board is to post one's comments &condolences not to use this forum by using invective & caustic language, atleast have sense this is the time not to ridicule or mock anyone instead mourn the death of the legend..
