My Condolences to the family of Mr. Bob Woolmer. Its coming as a complete shock and I understand Mr Bob Woolmer had his pressures and maybe he couldnt handle it. Lets not build our own theories on what could be the reason of his death and mourn this loss collectively as Citizens of India and more importantly as human beings. To me , its come as a complete shock even though I dont know him personally , the feeling is that we have lost someone close. May his soul rest in peace

I second ur thoughts. Although I have never known Bob and he was no one to me... but still I feel as if some one close to me has passed away.
Sad to see some very insensitive comments made on greg and sehwag and many others......Very immature and foolish people.....Shows the lack of education and civilization inside some of you.....Instead of mourning on such a sad moment people are making such insensitive statements...God bless such people....

i had written twicw on this forum about the foul and abusive language used on this forum.i also pointed out that this forum is being read worldwide not only by indians but other nationalities. some of them think that india indians are in many ways not civilised and have to go a long way when comes to civil sence inspite of countries economic growth.so, it is sad that inspite trying to develop countrys image in a positive light, we have participants on these forums who dont deserve to have write or participate. may God give them wisdom and some common sense

Hi Anesimo, well said and truly. I feel this discussion board is not being utilised in positive way. When is world is looking at India 360 deg, this discussion forum is turning out to be a black mark.

its nice to hear that pakistan wer out of world cup but its sad to hear that coach is Killed not Dead
whats the wrong with rediff users..so many abuse alerts..why u enter in the discuss board which is specifcally created for such a bad incident..and all you guys taking on personal revenges..
The death of Bob Woolmer during the world cup is very very unfortunate. This also indicates, the amt of pressure, the coach is forced to face at this level, in the cricketing world. That too particularly, in asia, where, it has been given wide publicity and cricketers and people connected to it are treated as semi gods, if they win some tournaments and the other way if they loose. Hence it is right time, cricket should be treated as a sport, where win/loss shoud be takem equially.
On the other hand, in the highly competitive, emotional world of cricket, those with a stout heart, willpower to face anything should take up the job

its really bad.....a big loss to the cricketing world.....He was a gud man and an asset for Cricket....it will be very difficult to fill the void by his untimely , infortunate death
1. When the players of all other team were preparing hard for the big WC series, our Indian team members concentrated more on Ads. 2. Knowing WI pitches assist spin bowling, Chappen and Dravid did not bother about playing Kumble. 3. Being in poor form, Sehwag sent out to open the innings. 4. After won the toss, Dravid elected to bat 5. When the likes of Buchhanan, Tom and Watmore worked hard with thier team on coaching, the great Chappel had a tour to Kerala and Goa with his wife. 6. If Munaf and Zaheer could score two digit runs, why can't the likes of Sachin, Dravid, Dhoni & Sehwag? 7. So called all-rounder, Mr Agarkar - why can't you just sit out and watch how Pathan & Sree perform! Do you deserve to be called still as an all-rounder? You are just there because to satisfy Mr Sachin 8. Finally, India underestimated Bangladesh

HI GURU, U R ABSOLUTELY RIGHT. SOME MORE REASON SHOULD BE ADDED. EVEN THEY ARE CONCENTRATING ON THEIR PHYSIC LIKE ACTORS, BUT NOT IN CRICKET. WE SHOULD BLAME ALSO COACH SO MUCH.
