NOW, DURING ONE OF THIS WORLD CUP 2007'S PRESS CONFERENCES, HE AGAIN HAD SAID THESE MINNOWS(SCOT, IRE AND THE LIKES OF BERMUDIANS)... SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ALLOWED TO PLAY IN THE WORLD CUP THIS YEAR!!!
yeah..it can be true..going with their never say die attitude and their will to win( as profusely exhibited in the match against ZIMB.)..IT IS POSSIBLE..Pakistan is all over.with infighting,cheating,unprofessionalism and doping..u can't go far pakis..its better u watch WC 2007 from the comfort of ur homes..

Anything is possible in cricket. Even Australia can be beaten by one of the so called minnows as Bangladesh did the other day.
However, please do not belittle or underestimate the Pakistan side. Inspite of their shock loss to WI, they are still a formidable side and amongst the front runners.They might be infighting amongst themselves, but calling them cheats and unprofeesional would be unfair.

This was just the kick we needed to stir the world cup, a tied game at the begining of the world cup, is just what is needed to have great games ahead. Pakistan better watch out, another lapse of concentration and u will be watching the rest of the games from home.

cricket yeh anishchita ka khel hai...! kaun kab jeet jaye kah nahi sakte..! keniya won WI in 1996, bangla win PAK 1999 again bangla win over australia (histry) bangla win over NZ in 2007 warm up match..so nobody can surely say we will win today. kenya played semi final in last WC 2003...now tomarrow we will play with Bangla..dont underestimet anyone...

The discussion is about Pakistan losing to Ireland, which will be a reality tomorrow. But Bangladesh cannot hope to do any miracles against India. Both Pakistan and Bangladesh can watch WC final either from Rawalpindi or Dhaka together.
Ireland along with Bangladesh is the strongest minnow teams. Bermuda and scotland are the weakest.
Ireland and Zimbabwe are even teams, which is sad for zimbabwer because they are meant to be test playing nations. Zimbabwe have become such a bad side in the last 5 years, which is bad for african cricket.
The minnow teams should be put in 1 group and the best 2 teams should progress and face the test playing nations.
