correct! it is sobers! he retired before the first world cup. he just played one one.dayer and got out for a DUCK.
Pitch would be more appropriate! Wicket is just a form of usage. Literally 'wicket' means the three stumps, but since there are 'three stumps' across 22yrds, the convenient form of conversation, we say 'wicket'....comprende??

Actually wicket is a corrupted form of wicked. If someone gets your wicket, he is very wicked. But Pitch is the stip on which you pitch (meaning bounce) the ball

thats wat i am saying 153 was nt in WC and only 145 was in WC.but u have said correct for vinod sharma answer who said 153 against sri lanka
