Great dude, really appreciate your gesture and all along i wwas convinced that you are a great guy who holds no grudges, but i was just playing up and having a lot of fun with a diehard aus supporter. Dunno worry, Hayden, Ponting, Gilly and Mcgrath will give guys like you a alot of happiness, my only worry is that they might have erred in not slecting Michael Kasprowicz now that Lee is not there! And yes, drinks on the house if India and Aus meet in the final. though why i dunno, i get the feeling SA may spoil India's party along the way! Neways, i'm exceitedly waiting for Aus/SA match in the prelims, that should be some match dude!!

U rock too buddy really u da man ,was great to talk to an indian supporter with good english,Sandeep u must wonder why I support Oz ,well ill let u in on this.I was selected for the Indian hockey team a long time ago ,me and the then goal keeper mark patterson.I went all da way but then cudnt make it as my dad dod not have the money to buy me the gear ,I was disillusioned ,all my dreams were shattered,I was in college then ,I later saw how cricket was given priority over the national game ,hockey,It was eating me and I gave up on sports ,I never watched cricket till the WC 2003 Finals and I was impressed with the aussies and u know my other feeling now,so thats where my anti indian cricket stance came on from ,its just i was so disillusioned with this bias towards cricket .ny ways bud u have fun and enjoy da games and India trshed WI so u must be thrilled hope u get some more joy ,until later ,stay well and enjoy

I'am really disturbed to hear about the personal tragedy that you are going through. May God give you the strength to overcome this personal loss. I'll convey this to Sandeep too and i'am sure he will get back to you in this forum. And i'am sure Sandeep has been doing this just for fun. Knowing him from his engineering days, i can say that he is a great guy but a very competitive one. That is a very funny message from you. How can Arunava Parimal and Sandeep Mukherjee be one and the same person? That is like saying that Langer and Hayden are one and the same. I guess what you are trying to convey is that Sandeep is impersonating me and putting these messages. That is the ghost concept that is getting popularized on many blogs. It is laughable but i'am not sure whether Sandeep is upto such tricks. Yes, i read your messages and i agree with most of them but not all. I guess this started with Sandy claiming that he is an India supporter and you might have countered by defending the Australians. The whole issue gets emotionalized and objectivity gets lost. Thats it really, there is nothing more to it. He also said that this heated stuff happened over two previous blogs too: i told him that i cannot express judgement cos i did not see those Australia blogs. And frankly i do not care about the outcomes or whatever because each person will have his own point of view. Extending the logic, he thinks that Raj Mehra was planted by you : so he called me and Liju Mathias into the blog. Myself, Sandeep Mukherjee and Liju are friends from engineering college so i thought i should join in, thats all. Why should i have anything personal against you? Liju started talking tough and then had his messages reported for abuse : funny. I guess he has not put anything after that. Sandy will not be putting anything on this blog for atleast four to five hours now: too busy and engrossed with India - WI match.
If you and Sandy have a go at each other and continue, then i have no issue : That is Sandeep's problem. But if you are suggesting that Sandeep has planted me just to upset you then i will say you are getting defensive. Instead of emotionalizing the issue you can come out with relevant facts : Australia beating India in super sixes in London in 99 nd again in 2003 final. That should put all India supporters in their place. And i agree with you when you say that every person has a right to support the team of his choice. Just the way I can have a favourite like Argentina in soccer or Germany in hockey. And hey, no fists and all such useless things, just a handshake and you on your way. You should see the India and Pakistan supporters after a match. They go to hotels and have a beer together. And about the slanging match with Sandy, well that is your choice and his choice. Myself and Liju came in because he said you got in Raj Mehra or someone to that effect.

Probably in a tense state before the australia match, but chill out dude, cos it is only a warmup match. The way Australia will be cut to size in the super 8 league round will depress you further. Still will want your details as regards your flight schedule and time of flight, promise there will be no fisticuffs, just handshakes all around.

Just an ego battle between Aus supporters and India supporters. I also do not subscribe to the view that many of you hold that all Indians should be India supporters : yet i agree with you that this time India have a more balanced team.
