by on Mar 15, 2007 05:23 PM  Permalink

Sreesanth is my favorite cricketer and I am sure one day he will break Shane Warne's record. I love his bowling and his aggression. He is very cute and he will be the star of this world cup!

Player to watch
by Neil Anderson on Mar 02, 2007 10:51 PM  Permalink

He is a bundle of fire.
His sweet aggression is a much required tool.
Cricket is gentleman's game, but sometimes
play acting of aggression is necessary.
His dance again Andrew Neil remind one
of the previous captain.
I want to see this boy captaining India in days to come.

Sreesant is unpolished diamond of ind cricket - Allan Donald

SA bolwlerr had a lot of appreciation for Sreesand Sree should take a leaf from Kumble's career. Very often Sree gets over exicted amd looses his rythem. Sree should concentrate on game and control his emotions. Otherwise Sree is very talented hardworking and very good / positive attitude and encoruging body language on the field. Most amazing that Sreeis very spiritual person never hesitant to convey his gretitude to Almight on the field.Pls stay away from media. And break dance in SA against Nel's abusive body language was befitted answer.
Let moron critics keep on barking Sree each time u play for team india take wkts and help team to win match and Sing " Bharat Maata Ki Jai!!
Lots of cheers and prayers to KERALA SREESANT EXPRESS!!!!!!!!!

Let moron ajay jadeja told in NDTV it was kiddish. But jadeja is proven guilty for match fixing and alayes biased to sounth indina players. Evne heis dance was llike a monky dance in Jalak dikal AAja in Sony TV. Let critics keep on barking Sree each time u play for team india take wkts and help team to win match and sing " Bharat Maata Ki Jai!!

The one who you referred as a dashing cricketer from south srikkanth is iyengar. so plz control yourself and don't try to bring communal clash on this.

Sreesanth is a immatured 23 yr old, who is getting over enthusiastic as no Keralite have played in Indian Cricket Team before.

Any one who have the stamina to bear the sun for 8 hours a day can become a Cricket Player

karnataka is like a US and Australia in the world. People from many countries have migrated to these countries becuase of less population and more opportunities. Whatever you achieved in that country, that will be property of that country. At the end, US, Aus will be called great, no matter how many people from other countries have lived there. Similarly, people from other states migrated to karnataka. No matter, where you from, you will be from karnataka. Stop feeling great if some maull or tamilan achieved in karanataka soil.

English(UK) people have stopped feeling proud of Australian achievement.

idiot, i have nothing to be jealous. America is great power in the world no matter how many talent indian go n live there. if you have got enough talent why don't you achieve in your state and make proud. bTW, i am australian, born in NK (small town of karanatka). It is blessing for you that Kar have less population (about30 millions, rest 20millions are outsider).

Place is not a matter. Talent is the basic thing. If you have talent, You can achieve in any soil. Mallus and Tamilians achieved in karanataka soil becuase they are talented. Don't be Jealous

i disagree wit you...since karnataka has so many illterates like you, both kumble and Uthappa (whose mom's hail from Kasargod and Calicut respectevely)have expressed their desire to make GOD's own country as their homes..

Nirmal, you must realise your attitude has not been right. What if the keralites take a little pride? Nothing wrong there. We take immense pride in the achivements of all indian sportsmen including our neigbouring states. And dont you think tht your view that any one who has the stamina to bear the sun 8 hrs a day can be a cricketer is far from the truth?

Arent you aware that tehre are many many sportsmen, cricketers included, who have engineering degrees as well - like Kumble and Srikanth? What do you make of that? And then again there are countless who have the stamina and the time to spend their entire youth in the sun but do not achive anything significant in spots.

Think a bit man, and dont jealousy or stupid regional spirits carry you away. Be an Indian and be proud of everyone.

You are talking like a fool Mr.If those who can withstand sun for eight hours every persons playing in India shud have played for team India. Is there any cricketers playing ranji cannot withstand eight hours of sun inthe field. If that was the case there wasn't a need for selection commitee and all.It seems u dont know anything about cricket and it'll be better for u to keep ur foolish thoughts with urself

If becoming a Crcket Player is so simple then it reminds the story of the fox who could not reach the grapes after many attempts said "the grapes are bitter indeed."Don't belittle anybody's achievement.

Because we did'nt get time to be in the Sun , we are not , because these guys who play Cricket , had no other work to do they had time to be in the Sun , so they are. I am just saying that they are cricketers today because of this, they are lucky , they had much freetime to be cricketers, since they don't know any other job, once they are out of Cricet they need to continue with their lives, so it is good practising lyrics , songs , modelling etc., for that you don't need to have any grey cells in your head. It is good they start doing it now itself.
