I can't really understand the timing of this news in the first place. India worrying about Pathan has been there and nothing new but why is this written now? Is Rediff trying to generate some hits now? What a pity.

pathan he is wery wery good balower he not out fom he is wery wery good batsmen he is best
pathan is greet player for indian team he is fast boller & good batting so don't remove from the team.i am a nepali guy i love indian team so don't remove the pathan otherwise indian team get a bad regult. one thing kaif is better than Dinish. his filding & batting is very good but his name is not in w-cup team please hardly try to add in w-cup indian team.

Its all cricket politics. player who performes either in bat or bowl he is a player. In case of pathan, play with bat is good currently, may not be bowling well, but for him selector faces him a acid test thru bowl. But the same is not in case of sehwag or any other player, which is purely black horse politics....
Chappell is responsiblefor the form of Pathan.Because he used him in various places as a batsman.This wrong trial hampers his forms and mental-set up.I am sure Pathan will come out successful in the Trial.
Pathan is a talent and core to our World Cup plans. If Pathan is fit, he should go and who should judge it? It should be the team or BCCI doctors.
By showing up for the Deodhar match and putting additional pressure on Pathan to prove himself, they have shown that they do not trust the team doctors, trainers and the team. If this works, we should fire Dr. Anant Joshi and the rest :-)
well it is true that pathan is in a really bad form and he has lost his race with his collegue ballers.zaheer's resurgence,agarkar and munaf's consistency is outstanding at the moment.pathan has lost his speed and swing is unnoticable coz his line length is extremely poor.but at the same time we hav to boost his moral too.the best thing that we can get 4m pathan is that coz of his presence we can get an extra batsman.i know most of us would never recognise his this ability which z over shadowed coz of his bad balling.he z a sensible batsman,very promising,was successful in south africa tour with a century facing daryl styen.he is developed in batting.very good in running between the wicket and a safer fielder.unfortunetly his rise in batting has brought a decline in his balling.but he should be in the team.india can pick him as 5 th baller.this would place a batsman at 7number as pathan who can play like a pinch hitter and can be successful at 7 number.we should jst hope that he gain his rythem back.if this happens ,he can put india as strongly balanced team.just pray this happens.
Thanks to Vengsarkar many non performers got included in the team. Pathan is one of them. As long as people like Vengsarkar are deciding India's destiny, we will not include any new talents. Pathan, Sehwag, Tendulkar are big time favorites of Vengsarkar who has systematically taken Indian law into his hands.
