we wish we had gilchrist like player in our indian team.people after readin this dont say about dhoni.he is the worst player.anyway hatsoff to gilly.He is a true entertainer.and he is alltime great wicketkeeper/batsman.

The ausies mean business when they play and they set targets for their game. Our guys mean business only for adverts.. What a shame........i hope one day indian cricket will soon become history....

Since Indian Board likes to apeing things , Hope they take this advise atleast . It is disgusting to see Indian cricketers enjoy their time out vactioning in beaches after their world cup campaign . It just shows their character passionless shameess freaks . If they had any pride in themselves they would have put some hard work and reinventing their game . But no , these chumps were finding ways to throw the blame around . good one man MR MV.when indian team wins they make them demigods and when they lose they get all kinds of sick words in their mouth,After all its a game somebody will lose.
At least for semifinals and finals they have to play full matches (50 Overs). D/L method is good but not for semifinals and finals,...so disappointing. There should have been a reply for bad weather. Very pity about the situation..if weather goes bad always first batting side will be the beneficiary.

I agree with you - In the Finals atleast there should be a full game and no reduced over matches that is pathetic that ICC does not realize it.
He scored all those runs due to squash ball. That is against the laws of cricket. This matter should be reported to icc. and all the runs scored by gilchrist should be subtracted from the australian score and lanka should be declared as winners.
Otherwise icc should also allow india batsmen to use that.They will also score tons of runs after using the squash ball.

Just think of India facing Australia either in the Final or in the League matches, it'll be very much disappointing,
1) If any of the batsman from Australia got a Individual Score of over 200
2) If Australia, Scores morethan 415 (what we've scored against Bermuda), which is the only Identification for India's participation in WC'07, could have been over-shaddowed.
and
3) The biggest margin of defeat (which is presently owned by NZ against Australia), could be of ours.
Chances for all records to crumble is more...
by coming out early, Dravid has managed to avoid all these (un)wanted records from India.
