Final will be played in Assam as per on the "most possible" rainy day. Cup will be split if there is less than 20 overs or rewarded to host nation (who else?) on basis of "Pawar-ised" Duckworth Lewis formula
Jayawardene showed his inexperience yesterday...when jayasurya(he was playing very well) got out.. the pitch had completely deterioated ..it was difficult to play spinners and pace bowlers too... as there was no bounce in the wicket left...Weather seemed bad too...He should had called the day off..He made a very big mistake and paid the price for it..instead of waiting for the umpires he should have headed to pavilion as the conditions were very testing...

look @ australia they deserve this cup and many more surely next one too by there performance, if mathew haden was not in full flow yesterday , gilcrist came and did d hammering, australia always always comes with plan A, plan B, paln C plan D, SO IF FIRST 1 DOSENT WORK then next one and so on, but our indian players, if openers r dismissed quickly, the whole team com under pressure as there is no plan B, hate indian cricket, is on dirty politics nothing else..........

sports is a separate category all over except India here it comes under business Unless this changes cricket or any other sport will never improve
It's amazing to watch Australia always playing well in big matches unlike the indians. Despite having senior big players we always tend to choke in big matches. The Australian players like ponting and gilchrist are way better than any indian player. We can't be afraid of the australians. What has tendulker,ganguly and dravid won for india?? r they in the same league as ponting,hayden or gilchrist or other australians batsman
What a farce!! It was pure insanity. To compund matters, we had a person like Sonn handing over the cup to Ponting despite the fact that we had two of the game's greatest on the dias-Everton Weekes and Sobers. Reminded me so much of India.
