The Best Team of the Tournament have won. Now Hayden, McGrath, Ponting and some more may announce their retirement after hammering Indians during their next visit, if we continue with Gangully, Sachin Shewag Agarkar and other good for nothing guys.
Gavaskar, Krish Srikanth [who predicted SL victory yesterday]then will retire from media permanently.

If Gilchrist was in India he would have not been playiing today as he was not scoring for last season..... But Aussies as a team are superb and do not worry about failure of players like gichrist... they knew on his day nobody can stop him.......
and look at us 2 bad games and we would not believe in ability of our own players......
This is the reason Aussies are winners and we are loosers...
Not two bad games. It matters most, when a team which was given so much hype, did not even qualify for Super-8 in a prestigeous tournament like World Cup. We are aware Indians may not reach semi-finals but the early exit from the tournament made everyone annoyed. All sad and done, Sachin, Gangully and other senior players lack team spirit and they play for their own records and consider that they are the guys who rule Cricket in this neck of the woods !!! U guys want to give more chances to these useless fellows. I pity u guys have not a learnt a lesson or two even now !!
You yourself said ., India may not have reached Semi finals...
my point is you can point to these guys and take new people and we will create new look team but still will we win unless we play like team as do Aussies ....
NO....because we will create HERO out of one performance and ZERO after one series loss.....
If you really think these people were playing for their records then how long can they play anyways ???
Congratulations to Australia for winning this world cup, and three in a row which seems far from achievable by any team. The sheer determination, doing the basics right and consistent performance have basically put Aussies ahead of other team.
Hats off to the best team in the world...no one can play the at the level of cricket at which Team OZ plays... India get ready for the October trip in Australia... u will go home thrashed 5-0 just like Poms... go Australia go..
Isnt it amazing how Steve Bucknor is officiating umpire in any crucial match playing Australia, at least for last 10 years. David Shephered has retires, else he would have been the second one. With Bucknor officiating, Aussies become 12 players to beat. Also why dope test was not supposed to be rigidly done from super-8 onwards. Last time only Shane Warne was ent home. This time it could have been more.

How about joining Greg Chappell in that list, Thanks to Chappell India was not in the reckoning and Australia won every mactch on the trot and according to his design Chappell was successful in breaking Team India to the state its today

yea.. chappell gave 50 Rs to all players of team india and they didnt play... stop writing rubbish...and grow up
next time we have 2 cups to give away...one cup will be sent here in australia...as they would not compete....and rest of the world will compete for the second cup....useless crap cant even give one tough match to aussies....shame....
