Tendulkar : I have played 17 years of cricket and given my heart and soul for country?
Public: You did not played it for free. Cricket has given you everything, but did you gave us a single world cup? or won a test series in asutralia or africa? And stop bugging about 17 years... You only played cricket for 10 years, after that you only did business by opening restaurants, 200 crore contract, touring world with wife shamelessly, eating vada pav and growing like a fat pig.... dumber

Zaheer Khan: I am looking at my best and got my rythm and bowling quick with lot of effort?
Public Yes you are very quick, and fast but not in bowling but in chasing fast isha sherwani. you are putting al your effort there.. flirter

Sehwag: I am just waiting for one inning and it is due for a long time
Public Yes you only play once in 50 matches, then secure your place in the team and flops in rest of 49 innings... Also keep your chamchagiri to dravid

Dravid: Wile doing experiment, we might win and we might loose...... but main focus is world cup
Public: Wow what an experiment, we were knocked by bangladesh who were knocked by irenald.... wow .. guru....... kaun kehtaa hair dusham ki kami hair... And now is fighting hard to raise the advertisement quota.. most pathetic person

Why are you joulous of them? You also come to Indian team and start earning money. You also open restaurants. People who fail earn money act as if they are not interested in earning money. Sameer, you take Indian team to world level in any sport. come on!

Tendulkar: I have played 17 years of cricket and given my heart and soul for country?

GOD: Yes my son you did indeed!
But you and I know that you played 12 years under and in company of biggest match fixers and traitors of India, Mohammed Azharruddin.

Every time you did good for the country it was upto to the later batsman the likes of Ajay Jadeja, Azharruddin and also bowlers who could all have involved in match fixing.

And they are not the only ones. There are many others involved.

Son you are special and will always be! The traitors will burn in hell.

For your information Betting Booking used to open once Sachin got out.

Such was the impact of this man that Azharruddin and his colleagues would not say yes unless Sachin got out early.

Have you ever wondered and counted the number of wrong umpiring decisions against Sachin.

If Bob Woolmer could get murdered can't you even think and understand that umpires can also changed results of matches?

I am not saving Sachin. There is no fault of his.

The public has to understand Azharruddin and his company really played for money. They were cheats.

AZHARUDDIN, TRAITOR, THUG CALL HIM WHATEVER YOU LIKE IS THE REASON WHY SACHIN NEVER GOT CREDIT INSPITE OF DOING SO WELL FOR INDIA.

Your comments are good and worth a thoughjt except the first one. Tendulkar has played for 17 years and won us many matches at times single handedly.
For one example Pakistan toured India.
After losing 6 wickets Tendunlar inspite of his injury scored a century to take us 12 runs short of victory in a losing match. Once he got out with 3 wicket and 12 runs to chase in a test match with 1 day remaining India lose.
No teams can win world cup or tours alone ...... it requires committed effort of thw whole teams.
No one can stick for 17 years in cricket and boast to have a record like Tendulkar (and thats not only against Bangladesh mind you), ask any world class bowler of his times and all rates Tendular in top three batsmen of the world. All these stats are not fluke to achieve in 17 years period.
And tell me if he invest his achievements in restaurants, 200 crore contract whats wrong in it. After he retires without a degree and no experience will you give him a job ???. And what wrong to be a businessman off-field if you are commited sportperson on field.
Though i will admit in a year or two whether India needs him or not he should retire gracefully. Cos he is in his that phase where his one century will be applauaded with critisim and his one duck will be healines for media for long time.
ALL THE BEST TENDIA !!! cos u need it with INDIAN CRICKET FANS.

Are mere bhaai......You are not understanding. Did I told you Tendulkar was not good. I adore that century against PAskitan. I know it was in chennai in 1999. It was a marathon inning. The wicket was worst and turning and in those daya Saqlain of pakistan was unplayable. He was brillaint. I am just saying Tendulkar was a mastepience, but in 90's. After 1998 final against aus in sharjah, Tendulkar failed in all 23 finals we played and even failed in one final which we won. My point is after 98, whenever there is do or die game, this so called great man always show his back. For more accurate information, log on cricinfo analysis. Tendulkar failed in all 21 out 23 finals which india lost under ganuly captaincy. Even in other 2 which india won.

i don't understand, why dravid was not kicked from captaincy? Even after reching semi final swords are hanging on the head of new zealand captain and south african captain. Lara was humiliated in west indies even after reaching super 8. All the captain have been sacked or surrendered captaincy, and all the captain have said sorry to their nation even after reaching semi finals and super eight and here is one shameless captain who is more worried about increasing the advertisement quota. The name of the shameless person is Dravid. Why Dravid was not kicked after failing against Bangladesh. IS there any fixation between BCCI, Niranjan Shah, Pawar and Dravid.. Something is wrong with BCCI. Dravid is the worst Indian captain all have seen and get ready guys we will be kicked out even in the 20-20 world cup final by Ireland or Bangladesh

BCCI sucks along with our existing 11 players.

CHAMP IS AUSTRALIA.
SRILANKA GAVE A GOOD FIGHT BETTER THAN INDIA AND PAKISTAN

most of the tv commentators & experts says that the great indian batting lineup is best line up in the world ever had,but after seeing the aussies batting in such a big preesure finals(1999-2007) i dont know why the experts still say so.
1)can ever sachin plays a fine knock as gilchrist played insuch a big events.
2)is there any 50-100 run partnership for the first wicket in any big events from great indian line up..
3)does any one have minimum aggressiveness in our team.
4)it is foolish to compare rahul's aggressiveless captancy to
ricky or jayawardene.

our team spirit is dead.there is no puss in the team

i sincerely request rediff management to ask our cricketers to go through these many number of messages.

Do you know about Sachin Tendulkar record in Finals. For more accurate figures log on to cricinfo for players analysis and scoring. Everyone must have rememebered, under Ganguly Captancy India lost 21 our of 23 finals. Only final India won was natwest and drew with sri lanka in 2002 champions trophy. Everyone will be surprised that Tendulkar failed in all the 22 finals, which India played in the last 7 years, even in the natwest, which India won. Also whenever there is a do or die game, Tendulkar shows his back and fails. The only last time, he played well at crucial final was in sharjah against aussie in 98. After that, he is just playing for money

Don't do averages and other things? You are calling me fool? Just see the cricinfo website proper, there is statistics and analysis section somewhere you can find on google. I am not saying Tendulkar is bad player. He was marvellous, but only till 98 final against australia in sharjah, but that time he was averaging around may be 90, but if u see tendulkar average after 98 final in sharjah, you will see he failed in all the 23 finals which he played under Ganguly and Dravid.. All, even the natwest we won where kaif and yuvraj won.

Bottomline. Tendulkar was master in 90's. He is just finished and playing, because every year he is getting around 200 crore with endorsementr and contracts.

great statistics...

why only sachin... why did everyone of 11 players fail in all 21 matches...

and by the way, i did do something on cricinfo as u suggested...

tendulkar played 36 finals (out of a career of 384 matches until now) till now at an average of 47.96 (career average 44.05) with 4 hundreds and 9 fifties as well as 17 wickets.

ponting played 38 finals ( out of just 280) at an average of 41.93 (less than career average of 43.03) with 2 hundreds and 7 fifties

gilchrist 31 finals ( out of 268) at average of 39.79 ( career 36.00) with 3 tons and 5 fifties.

lara a9 (of 299) with an average of 28.16 (career 40.48) with 1 ton and 2 fifties.

grow up guys... tendulkar gives the most of all players everytime... or atleast till a couple of years back... the reason why he is unable to win matches is because he plays with 10 other fools and plays for a nation of 1 billion people who derive more pleasure in flaking their heroes.

You stop your nonsense. I said Tendulkar batting average was good and in 90's in only in finals... remember again... in finals.... finals his average was very good in 90's... Listen again Tendulkar was master and won many cups like Hero Cup, singer Cup, Titan Cup, Wills Cup, Independance cup in bangladesh and many under azhar and that time he was playing best and his average was in 90's in finals.. but after than 98 final in sharjah against australia, he failed in all the 21 out of 23 finals... MEaning after 98 cup, he not only became inconsistent, but failed regularly in finals

gud point... i however disgree on one... sachin had not played such a good knock as gilchrists of late and may never play again... but i will tell you of one that is probably the best ODI innings in history...

the 142 at sharjah against australia...

that innings was such beauty... just for the way sachin batted... pure class... not power like a gilchrist, hayden or dhoni...

forget the man of matches, man of series... that was the only time in history of ODI that an award of 20,000 pounds was announced even before sachin was out for him providing the best entertainment in the history of the game...

This world cup final has clearly shown the incompetence of ICC officials as well as incompetent rules. A final of an event which runs for more than a month ends up with some nonsense rule called as D/L method. I have never seen this happening in any other sport like in cricket; OK play 38 overs if not 50, OK even if that is not possible, play 36, OK does not matter, even if 36 is not possible lets decide only on 20 overs play. This compromising way of rules throws a question about the game plan of team chasing in these conditions. Should they start throwing wicket as soon as chase begins and if weather remains fine, than look stupid in the end and proove rival captain smart. A little bit of luck looks good like at the toss but entirelz depending on luck shows that the game is still played in 15th century. Agreed weather plays an important part in this game but rules should be clear; wether match will be complete or a draw. Let both team share the impact of weather!!!!!!!!
