East or West India is the best! and this slogan would not be possible without you..you have been an insipiration, a divine in the indian cricketing world and you have entertained us indian cricketers for years and years...I am sorry for what you had to go through in the past few weeks...everyone wanted you guys to win, because we felt you guyz deserved it, with all your hard work and exceptional skills...irrespective of all this, i will always adore you as the best player i had and i will (even the world) will ever see in this world...Happy Birthday Sachin! May god bless you and give you all the happiness...! May you become the same old destructive Sachin that we all know...ps...don;t you dare retire...you need to play till 2015 at least!!!...:)

i think sachin should atleast play till 2020.. coz he is really great.. and good for the team also. so the can loose world cups in the entry level.. hahahah..
First of all let wish you a very good and healthy happy birthday. Now let us talk business. One should retire when people say "why" rather then "why not". I was also one of the diehard fans of yours because of your records. But I dont recall a single innings where you have single handedly won us a match. Your records are no doubt excellent but you have contributed very little whenever Indian team wanted you. look at Ponting, Jayasurya, Flemming, Hayden....whenever they score, there team wins. They are just the best under the pressure situations. Pls retire now to restore the respect that you have earned as a record maker. Still I dont like when people pass loose remarks on you
