This tour is just to lift the sagging morale of "TEAM INDIA"... But guys watch out... Bangladesh will embarass the team - for sure!!! Including Sehwag will prove a blunder on the part of selsction committee...

Ravi Shastri is the new manager who is the spealist slow batsman in all forms of the games. Prsad is the specialist fast bowlers whose bowling speed was lesser than Kumble's. Good. We are moving forward.

I don't know what chapple has reported to BCCI, that they have come up with such in favour of Dravid and fullfilling all the requests from Dravid-Chapple duo which was primarily responsible for moving down indian ranking from No.2 to No.8.

Chapple has put all the blames very intelligently on the seniors, but read what Simpson says about chapple.

Simpson then lays into Chappell and terms him a failure both as captain and coach.

"Obviously Greg Chappell had problems with the attitude of some of the top players. I found his public declaration of his dissatisfaction over the attitude and commitment of his senior players most disappointing.

"His lack of success with the Indian cricket team has come as no surprise to the Australian cricket fraternity. He is admired greatly for his wonderful, graceful and successful batting and I feel he was one of the greatest slip fielders of all time, but his captaincy and coaching did not command the same respect," Simpson said.

"During his long tenure as captain of Queensland, they were considered the best team in Australia but didn't win a single Sheffield Shield title. In recent times, he had a long coaching stint with South Australia but with poor results.

"Chappell's somewhat autocratic manner was often blamed for his lack of success, as was his perceived lack of understanding that his charges didn't have his golden touch and class as a cricketer."

BCCI has been fooled by chapple and Dravid.

surely this dravid and Sehwag have some bad arrangement between that. and it should be probed
by mihir on Apr 21, 2007 11:44 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Why the hell this dravid allways insist on sehwag because of repeated failure. why is there favoritism to him. Something really needs to be investigated. is that a betting angle?

BCCI AND SELECTION COMMITTE
by xavier v on Apr 21, 2007 11:41 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

BCCI and Selection committee making fool of people. They have kept some seniors in Test and some in ODIs because their ad commitments are there. The BCCI plans came to know when they told they will be making two teams A and B. Now in Bangladesh some how they make runs again as usual it will start as before. Seclection committee should have slected all young team, Looking ahead for next world cup. They should have given Irfan another chance, when they can give Sehwag why not Irfan who was our main bowlder 2 years back.

We totally need a committed team in all respects, and like we have to mould its base.

We think that this Discussion Board is viewing regularly by our all Cricket Board Members, Convening Body and all players, and, we feel, all are equally responsible for a balanced response from their end.

In view of our further decision to keep alive our Cricket Team, our team has to display a remarkable environment winning the matches; otherwise it will yield in severe despair and thereby bad feelings in our cricket lovers.

In this 1/6 of world populated Nation why is this much unrest to mould out a capable team who are capable to beat other National Cricket Teams. We see how much is the population of the Sinhala Dweep and where stays their team?

Ghost of Chappal...............
by bhangra bole on Apr 21, 2007 11:36 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Chappal left.

But we hv praised him for destroying the Indian
cricket team and now we are appointing him to
destroy the future cricket team of India.

Chappal wanted Sachin and Sourav out of team.
So it is granted, now they are out.

Dravid now will get a complete chance to prove himself,........but...............

If India wins no one will believe that it was a honest match.

If matches played honestly then India is going to lose another series.

Readers what u will like to say....
