Looks doesnot matters while playing cricket. It is the fighting sprit which SL have in abundance. They are competing in WC of cricket and not in MR. UNIVERSE or MR. WORLD.

Everyone knows that the three bowlers were fit yet rested against Australia. Call it stupidity or what, they are overconfident of a sling shot throw bowler and Vaas who is even worse than Agarkar at the moment. With Muralitharan taking the burden if they meet Australia in final, then I guess they would rue the missing chance.

anil is right, they might have hid their ace murali, but they protected both vaas and malinga who are not in form (if you take away mailnga's 4 wickets against SA, he is not consistent) India thrashed malinga in India and also in WI, just that india lost too many wickets under pressure. except for murali, australia have nothing to fear. And wait for SL to beat NZ in semis first. Bond in full speed will tear them apart, just see of SL bat first in semis, they are weak aginst quality fast bowling. I predict NZ australia final

rubbish lankan fellows, first let them win against newzealand and i wish kiwis hit thr ball straight 2 this chucker fellow so that he gets injured again. once jayasurya, vaas and murali retire these fellows are back to being the team of ratnayakes and mendis's.
