The real culprit is AAJTAK who has been completely saffronised and have no other issue to derail the minds of public.Congress party also uses tri-color for its party flag. Now in UP election thousands of the are misused even as toilet and kitchen cloth. Then why Aajtak not making an issue of it? Cocooned mind only play such mischief. i agree with satyambada. These blady channels should be banned for making issue of small small things and ignoring major issues just for the sake of their channel to run. Imagine this is wat the fate of so called best channel in India. I call it the worst.
Here Corrupt politicians cut the Nation like a cake , with their corrupt policies, is there any Idiot to ask to them. After all it is a cake , it has to be eaten. These people cannot end Terrorism , till date, now they are after the people , who have cut a cake. These people want to create a hype of everything.

If in India somebody can blame Sachin for insulting national prode,Its is absolutely an end of faith for people who have really worked hard fo rthis country.
I think it shows purely a hatrism which is based on region....
I think it i shigh time to think for everybody what this country is leading to........
If majority of people in India think than Sachin has insulted national flag..I think Maharashtra should reconsider being part of India,We have our own flag which is centuries old and we have scrifced our lives for centuries to keep this country and culture free from forign attacks. Shivaji merely a 10 year boy with bunch of kinds swore that he will throw out forign rule from country and lived his life for the sole purpose of freeing nation from invaders,After him we sacrified many many generations just to protect the bloddy country ,culture and religion when the so called Rajpoots were marrying thier daughters to muslims to keep thier small kingdons...Yet We have been unable to find due respect fronm the fellow indians for Shivaji and the generations who sacrificed thier lives for this country..What is most utter shamefull people from other states try to find an opportunity to defame everything great we did for them.
What they wont understand is without him all thier names would have beem islamic and tere was no need for all this discussions here in that cse.
If this doesnt stop I think India will be seperated into fragments and we should think this seriousy.
We are behind Sachin no matter what.....
If cannot be behind him, leave him with us and we shall take care of rest................
As aprotest against Jain's action we all should order tri-color cake in all our party and paint Jain's face in tricolor by force. He is not a social worker but anti-social Dhabba on society
it is high time now that mr jain realsies that failure of indian team in world cup was not only sachins fault it was the whole team that lost, so pls. concentrate your so called social services into the development of our nation than to blame anybody else. even if you are reading these mr jain i would also like to know what sort of social acitivities are you doing right now and what have you done for the nation except alleging sachin.
A commission has to be formed to investigate if the cake was positioned such that the saffron clour was on top. Ofcourse, Joshiji, owner of peanut-sized brain heads the comission.
What about those who ate the cake? Did the High Commissioner eat it too? If Tendulkar only cut it, the others chewed it ( A BIGGER OFFENSE)and good Lord knows where else it wen.......

hehehe... point is we should teach players about flag code and anthem code... many people ont know about it... thats case with sachin too... he never intend to dishonour tricolor...
But anyway he should retire from one days and concentrate on tests..
Don't people have bigger issues to address ! Best way to handle this is to ignore such poops. Cheap publicity at its best. Cutting a Cake w/ the Indian Flag !!!
I think Jain got confused of the Tri Color thinking as Indian Flag. If the cake was in three colors showing as Indian Flag, Mr. Jain can you tell us, whether it had Ashok Chakra in the middle of the Cake, where Sachin was cutting it to insult Indian Flag. Sachin has contributed lot to Indian Cricket and to Youngsters, he is role model and Ambassador. No one will think he will do that.
