1. It takes a fool to link 'patriotism' (and only fools cant realise that concepts such as patriotism are abstract by nature and cannot be measured so easily) of public figures exclusively to their acts in public.
2. It takes a bigger fool to fail to distinguish between light heartedness and malafide intent. Most of them do not understand that these are two entirely different states of mind.
3. Even greater fools believe that they can garner public approval and admiration for being demonstratively shrill with what their pea brains construe as 'patriotism'. The poor suckers are unable to imagine that patriotism is too solemn in concept to account for vaudeville such as protesting against the colours of a cake. Only fools and those who are certain everyone else is a fool would assume that no one would care whether the cutting of a tri colour cake was intentional or incidental.
4. But only the monstrously dumb ones among the fraternity of fools would think nothing of creating a fuss over the colours of a cake when it cannot even occur to them that truly unpatriotic acts such as wholesale theft of national resources has become the rule rather than the exception with the ruling classes and knavery the foremost national trait of citizens.

Very nice comments matthews ... and you know what, there are some fools who have now started hindu-muslim , marathi-non-marathi kind of fight here. Please add point # 5 - those who do not have any ability to relate the different issues and occurances in society and who have learn't only one thing from their teachers and parents - blame everything on the people of neighbouring states.
This kind of pointing is only to put him down. Nobody does anything of this sort knowingly... that too... it is known to Indian High Commissioner to Jamaica, K L Agrawal as well. This person should be made responsible, if a cake of Indian National flag is existing. Cornering Sachin is not accepted under no circumstances - he is a great person... never ever he pointed mistakes nor he pulls anybody down.

why bother pakistani team when the bhagwaan itself could not help indian team while playing along with the team. our bhagwaan got nice treatment from all the side. now he has to reply to the BCCI for his acting like real bhagwaan and telling everything he wanted. at least God of pakistanis is not playing with them. and i dont think playing cricket is in any way a related to islam (the official religion of pakistan).
I really don't see why Indian flag can not be used in Cakes? My Son who is three year world has Cars (McQueen) in almost everything starting from toilet papers to inner wears to T-shirts to his dinner plates. This shows how much he is obsesses with that character. If somebody whether grown-up or not, has Indian tri-color flag on everything, that shows his affinity to the flag NOT disrespect. Some of these Indians too sentimental about the flag. Those guys should rather watch only hockey..
