Ravi was in team because of mumbai politics. and remain there because of Sunil gavaskar. his real talent is man mangement than cricket. We use to call him as a bhaji/battata wada bowler.
There is no chance of any improvement of the team India.Ravi Shastri is most controvercial figure of Indian Cricket.His link up with board lobbies and Bombay & Sharga underworld is open .His hobnobbing with Pakistani Cricketers and with business community is known to every one.Bombay domination in Cricket administration will further spoil our Cricket,except Ajit Wadekar&Sunil Gavasker all are involved with direct politics.
Now our great BCCI members will appoint so many coachers. May be each player needs minimum three coach. If one coach fails, there is standy two. If the other two coach also fail, then BCCI Conclusion: the idea was good but implemenation tool was not correct. We must increase number of coaches, and players contract to be renewed again, but the coaches and management deserve increament in payment/ bonus for hard work.
