Sachin is too great to be a VC he should either be the Skipper or Yuvraj shud be the VC.
I think BBCI made some pretty good decions including show-cause notice to Sachin and YUvraj, regarding Doomestic Cricket and scrapping Zonal selection and most improtantly retaining Captain Dravid.
The guys who are still batting for Ganguly are biggest fool in this world. IT would have been very poor decision if they would jave gone back to Sachin or Ganguly and even Yuvraj was very bad choice.
NOw bcz it will be full young team for Bangladesh tour so an exp cpatain was required. I wouldn't have mind even if they would have apointed Kaif as a captain.
Now for Bangladesh tour Sachin, Sehwag, Ganguly, Agarkar, Kumble and Zahir khan are out.
Manoj Tewari, S Badrinath and Chiteshwar Pujara are for sure. I would like to see Gautham Dhiman also.
You all guy note it down byt the time Dravuid leave, he would be the best captain till that time. Of course new captains always can be better than prev ones.

We have seen all signs of Dravid's idly sambar captaincy - I feel like kicking his a** when he moves on the felid without any passion or purpose, he has once again got captaincy only on the basis of dirty politics in BCCI

People like dravid shud be thron out. he is the one who was licking that chap just so that he can stay on in the team. he behaved like a tru south indian...for them only money is everything ( u will find groupism in all companies where south indians r in majority ) ....for him relations have no place...for personal benefits he has back stabed someone like saurav who actualy helped him reach where he is today. Dont forget ...not a single person from south india fought the freedom struggle. They will team up with whoever is stronger n ditch the country...like dravid teamed up with chap n threw saurav out...n now he wants sachin to be out. Chap has used the rite policy of divide n rule

hmmm, u may be right upto some point but if you go to cricinfo and check the record, he has the bext batting avg against in tough conditions and TUndulkar stand last among batsman. Moreover UP won Ranji Trophy in his captainship and even wirld cup jinuir.

rohit sharma looks in good touch, piyush chawla also looks like a good prospect. i hope they push dinesh karthik in too. dhoni should regain hsi form. saurav and sachin should open the innings, if they fare badly, rotate and rest them. munaf patel , pathan and zaheer make a good trio - if they cannot perform or click toegther, rotate them too!

Why not who knows we might win?, you saw how Sachin played against Sri Lanka, that's your master plaster (pun intended) for you.
ganguly should stop playing politics and promote groupism. He ditched dalmiay and dravid there is an opinion sachin plays for records and when in crucial matches he wont' ber there for team service. IF he is great legent, why he insisted to open batting. ?? IF IND PLAYERS FIGHT THE BATTLE ON THE GROUND RATHER THAN IN DRESSING ROOM THEY WOULD NOT HAVE OUT OF Wc IT IS NOT LOSS OF DRAVID BUT ALSO GANGULY AND SACHIN. LATEST DEVELOPMENTS AND PERFROMANCE IN wc MATCHES DID NOT BRING ANY LAURELS TO BOTH GANGULY AND SACHIN and performance brings ICC awards and dravid's career is best example for that ganguly and sachin both are better stroke players and odi opening pair and got more runs and 100s than dravid but DRAVID STILL AHEAD OF BOTH OF THEM XII IN ICC RANKING... dadagiri groupism politics will bring bad name if ganguly thinks he took revenge it was his loss also. do u think he and sachin will be there in team for next WC??? dravid is knowing all this that some players are with ganguly, and pawar, vengi ravishastri are all sachin's men. ganguly and right build team also watched how it collaspes also.. when dravid made captain team was ranked 8th and now it is still ranked 6t.. many ind cric fans can realise that why ind lost which player contribtued to team loss b'cuz of huge media coverage. IF ganguly thought early exit in wc will project him super hero and dravid not good captain ..but it did not happened,. ind ppl do not need a chappell report many ppl watched the performance of sachin ganguly bajji dhoni and thieir body langugage..it is loss for dravid as well as gnaguly and his gangsters also.

I know that you support gregg like me..but the truth is truth.
One more thing about Sachin: We Indians (including you and me) are big emotional fools.. The story of Ganguly is repeated with sachin.
The time will come when you will say.... SACHIN is Back to arise the team. (You just tell me names of Seven YOUNG Batsman who could have played nicely in this world cup.)
There should be positive transition between replacement of Old by young.

Sachin is the rock of gibraltar it can't be moved even by Hercules. Only, Steve Bucknor knows how to send Sachin out of the team to the dressing room.We need Steve Bucknor to umpire matches in which Sachin plays rest assured, Sachin will retire each and every game without boring us.

LOOK OUT FOR RANJI THOPHY SCORE SHEET AND SENIOR SCHOOL LEVEL CRICKET SCENE- you will get your 7 batsman and a perfect 11 member team, which could have performed better than the likes of Tendulkar, Sehwag's and Dravid's.
Dravid is not a Captain material to me because he got a crutial decision wrong against B'Desh- he won the toss and should have opted to bowl first, the pitch was an easy predictable one. boy that decision brought our team disgrace and out we went fro the world cup.

Hello Mr. Suman, If Sachin is at the crease, the opponent team fears..no matter how many runs he scores.. and they celebrate, if they take Sachin's wicket..
On a given day, it is the same with Sourav too..
Who fears when Dravid is there at the crease.. it is only the Indian cricket lovers.. because he looks like a helpless lamb..

Mr.Kalyan, Don't write stupid comments like this. Under Dravid, we won 17 matches consecutively while chasing. We won a test series in West Indies after a long long time, i think after 1971. We won a test match in South Africa, which no captain of India achieved before that. Don't undermine his contribution to Indian Cricket just bcoz you want to praise sourav ganguly. He had his moments, now we should whole heartedly support Rahul Dravid. Ultimately, the game of cricket should be the winner and don't try to glorify the individuals.

captaincy is given to dravid after his poor show, it indicates that mere politics is going on. Its very true, that south looby is presuring on BCCI to make poor dravid as a captain. It seems a lamp will lead a team of tigers.

We(Ganguly Fans) accept that, Ganguly have a goos record as captain with help of Dravids extraordinary performance in both ODI & Tests. But Now,our dada played well in South africa(No body couldnt play(even dravid-the wall of indian test cricket)), home series and world cup matches, but Couldnt show results as captain, because he is not capable as a captain.(See other captains like fleming, ponting& smith, and their brave, boldness and confidence).Dravid himself should give the responsibility to ganguly and he should accept he is not capable. but, we(Ganguly fans)accept that, dravid is a good player. we enjoy his game also.

Anirban, why is it that Bengalis cannot think for the betterment of India, and why this Ganguly fixation. Even I am a Ganguly fan , but the recent past has shown that Ganguly alongwith the some of the seniors are responsible for undermining Dravid's leadership in the team and unfortunatelty Dravid has not got enough support within the team. And as was seen during the matches, the body language of the senior team members like Sachin Tendulkar, Yuraj, Zaheer, Harbhajan, Agarkar and Ganguly was Shameful. Nobody seemed to play for the Country , they all seemed to have an agenda , and that was to bring down Dravid. Unfortunately these so called SENIORS shud now know the POWER of THE BLUE BILLION and WE the people of India shud force these people out of the team. Dravid is a wrong choice after such a world cup debacle! Everything is good with him except his body language at the times when team is in difficult situation , if u are a good captain u never loose ur hopes and try to bring best out of ur players rather than depressed ur self! Secondly, it can be seen that he has no good rapport with senior players and has no ve attitude towards them...thinks ill of them! Now Dravid should change himself and go ahead and bring good fortunes for team india!

most of the seniors officials were south indian who are biased to dravid.
whole world knows its lamb whol will lead a team of tigers.
Sachin is needed in two cases.. 1) When he performs nicely and 2)when Team fails Nicely.
The Second option is going to be favorable for sachin, when indian team will move to Bangladesh (and loses) and then to England (and loses).
One thing is sure about we indians and cricket. That we indians are big emotional fools for cricket. Sometimes we make them god and some times protest them on the road.
Thanks for BCCI and Mr.Pawar for the brave decision. Thanks for the recent appointment of Ravi and Prasad. The hidden secret is Mr.Pawar wants to destroy the game cricket. Because he wants every Indian to spend their time usefully and for the welfare of the country. Sachin will staying in the team still the goals are achieved. Thanks Mr.Pawar and Sachin. Crazy fans will reduce watching useless games and will do something creative.
