The more I read excerpts (or leaks) from Chapell's reports, the more it seems to make sense. In the game agaist Bermuda as well as Srilanka, Sehwag was going at the rate of 100 and yet on the other end, Ganguly was painfully slowing things down. Same case against Bangladesh, even if he managed a big score. He was painfully slow. Against Bermuda, only on Dravid's stern instructions, did he start pacing it up.

no need for u to tell that. its obvious u are a mumbai hater. bloody regionalists like u should shift to watching indian hockey and football in its morose cricket and not allowed to watch the great game of cricket.
I have to ask this............he s the greatest the world has ever produced.........even Bradman endorsed this fact..........he has served the country for all des years...........and now when he s giving mediocre performance....which better then others in the team..........why blame him.........even the youngsters did nthing........so u need not blame him........

Mr. Amit, Sachin has played for 17 long years and made lots of centuries and money. Now he needs to give youngsters a chance. When he made an entry into the team at the age of 16 if some senior guy had blocked his entry how would we have felt at that time. Sachin's time as a cricketer is over. Let him go and relax and rest on his past laurels. Others also need to make money.
don't think that any thing will change, we will beat B'desh, our zeros will become heros n we will be happy. Mr. chappel is very much true of his businnes. what we need? more dedication from seniors and good reserv bench of jouniors...full of confidance. Raina, Dhoni, Yuv, Kaif, Kartik, r you peaple ready to take place of sachin, dravid, rahul. work hard guys .. we have a long way to go.
Venkatesh Prasad: If Akthar is the "Rawalpindi Express" then for many years Venkatesh Prasad, a key part of the bowling attack, was affectionately called "The Slow Bangalore Passenger That Is Currently Broken Down At Palakkad Station. Passengers approach ticket counter for refund please." Despite several key wickets, Prasad was not a pacey bowler but instead used a bewildering array of slow, slower and slowest balls to vex batsmen. In the 1992 World Cup he bowled a slow one to Wasim Akram that has not reached the batsman to this day. He was a pioneer of the "Intimidation" school of fielding whereby you do not run for the ball but merely try to stop it by looking at it gravely.

VERY TRUE HOW THESE FELLOWS ARE GOING TO HELP INDIAN CRICKET .......... ANYWAY CHAPPEL WUD BE A VERY RELIEVED MAN.....GOT HIS MONEY AND COOLY ESCAPED FROM THIS STUPID BCCI
a. bowl at less than 120 kph b. not bowl any bouncers at batsmen c. go back meekly to bowling run up if batsman abuses you d. get into unnecessary verbal duel with batsmen when you are getting hit for fours and get fines imposed on you e. not bowl opposition out when they are tottering wiuth 7 wickets down. basically not have any killer instinct at all f. just keep playing safe for a place in the next match instead of going all out as a bowler
If he teaches them what a fast bowler shouldn't do (thats what he was doing in his entire carrier) i think he might a good coach.f******* u BCCI for playing with our emotion

He said all, including himself, are united with Sachin and will support him always. I think his statement made it clear that there was a collective move for Indias defeat and by doing it they expected Dravids captaincy and Chappels exit. They could achieve only one. Let us see what happens next.
