Not surprised!it was obiously clear that only DRAMA can happen in indian cricket.The decision taken by BCCI can not fulfil the needs of cricket. Any one who is blaming CHAPPEL for the poor performance of team in world cup is totally NAASAMAJH of cricket. It is the players who have to perform in the ground not the Coach. There was no cricket coach before ninties .There was no coach during indians triump in 1983 world cup. our billioners indian players knew that they could earn lot more from advertisement rather than BCCI paid to them.Clear that our PAPER TIGERS are not professional to cricket like Australians.Chappell's allegations are really praiseworthy that he revealed the KHEL of indian cricket.After any series BCCI always ask for the report from coach and manager.That is why he did it.uske pehle ke coach kabhi bhi players ke against me report nahi banate the kyonki.Bhai agle bar bhi team ka manager banna hai .Karorpati players se kaun pangga lena chahega. chappel did his best. but it was our HARAMJADE players jisne india ki izzat naali me dala.Actually sachin,dravid,yuvraj all think that they are superstar.They know that They could not be kicked out from team as they have strong support from politician and ad company.so they perform randomly.

All the decisions taken at meeting are good and should be implemented wholly without yielding to any pressure. I am happy to note Dravid is continued as Captain for Bangladesh match. He should be given young and enegetic team. Congrats to Dravid I wish him good luck

Ok When you talk about company, does a company allow too many failures by its employee's?. Wouldn't it be moral to resign before they show you the way. Unfortunately, thatz not the case in Cricket, we tend to forgive and forgive all the time. So never ever expect Indian team to win Word Cup, Asia Cup or any Cup. All they can win is Ranji Tropy!.

some thing never change in the world. cricket is our religion. sachin is our god. he does well. he is also man. why all scold sachin.
we want to see sachin good innings we will wait becasue we love sachin every run score in the inning he is legends in indian cricket. he only make matching capabiltity in india. we love sachin .

I am one of the many millions of the frustrated Indian cricket fan but for a small change I like to see what needs to be done in a different angle which will improve the standard of the Indian cricket. Well I would like to publish this article but I am not sure how to do it.
The following are some of the long lasting thoughts of mine and it might reflect many others too.
1. Selection Committee:
Region based selection committee should be abolished and we can still have 5 %u2018Professional Selectors%u2019 who is responsible for monitoring and both local and international crickets. These selectors should be paid and accountable for every move they make. Selectors should watch all the matches. The selection committee should be appointed by the only professional performance committee which should have only former cricketers. The non-regional selectors should visit various zones to watch matches.
2. Teams We need to have a solid India A team in place. Upcoming and performing each Under 19 players should be sent to NCA for their skills enhancement and the best should be drafted into Indian A team as a source of supply. NCA is also made accountable since they are picking up only the top quality players from various levels. As such now NCA should have professional coaches in place and they should work with both Indian A team coach and India senior coach. Indian A team must and should have regular tours and it should be managed as the senior team with Coach, Bowling Coach and Fitness trainers. The management team from A team should provide regular updates to the Indian Senior management team and the senior coach must spend a bit of time monitoring the A team too.
NCA and MRF Pace foundation should be used on a regular base to improve and enhance the cricketing skills of the Indian cricketers.
3. Local cricket
As such now, every team has a Coach, Fitness trainer but these people should work with the national level expected programes such as fitness level and etc. The standard of the pitches should be improved and penalty should be in place for the substandard pitches for the local association Make every cricket association to provide 5 top crickets before every session for NCA training. This will help NCA to increase the capability and standard of the cricket.
4. Pay
Every cricketer should be an employee of the cricket board and their pay should be on the bases of the performance. Capped and regulated endorsement actives should be created by the board.
Penalty charges for every cricketer who is giving wrong interviews, wrong endorsement and of course not maintaining the fitness level which is created by the board
5. Manager Indian team should have a permanent manager and media manager on a fixed term based. 6. Coaches Indian team as it is now is lacking the bowling coach and they should consider one. Indian team coach should have voting rights in the selection matter Indian coach has to set up targets for both Indian A team and other coaches
7. Clothes and Other accessories
Every player must have responsibility use the official cloths and also should have the logo in place on their helmets and caps.
The Indian National cloths should not be worn during any local competitions and also they should not use their helmets, caps and other National team accessories.
By large, professional uniforms should be used for International matches and official matches only. This will make players more responsible for their attitude and approaches.
8. Website
Currently we have enough media to represent the Indian cricket but official web site is must and it will be good place were general public can reach the board officials. This website should also dedicate to the local cricket and also NCA, India A and under 16&19 activities. It should also give the readers to monitor the player of the week, month and to watch and etc.

Who will read this long message..days of reading such lengthy notes are gone....
All those who r taking a bow at Saching can u tell me why only Sachin is responsible for this worldcup debacle. Why not Saurabh, Dravid, Yuvraj, Sehwag, Dhoni, Zaheer, Harbhajan and all others r not responsible for the downfall of Indian cricket. Then why everybody is blaming Sachin only. Just c towards Srilanka there batting evovles against Jayasuriya / Sangakara, but there other players also supports them when they dont perform. So what u think about our other players, dont u think they r also earning lot of money, then why talk about only sachin

I have already told every body..there is no benifit of our discussion..they all r polotician and thats why they did according to there nature..team manager Ravi Sashtri..it is funny..Nothing will change in Indian Cricker brothe.."Lets pary for our Indian Cricket".."Woh kehte hain na sab Bhagwan bharose"
It is a brave decision by indian mgmt. a player how everbig he is he is not bigger than a nation's interest.
retaining dravid is very good decision and it gives dravid a strong position in team. on sachin and ganguly like players who were captains prior to dravid , he can't impose captaincy much. but this gives him a chance to prove himself as a real caption with a young talented team. chappel is not monger as professional and professionalism in the west in sports helps him to say truth.
if we want to be like australia don't lookforward in sachin or ganguly, but look forward in sreeshanth and rainas, and also make them very comptetive and make their huge money as hard earned.
sachin is not important for a nation when he can't play ,but as long as somebody with caliber comes and knock his place constantly we have to keep him as a layer, not , never as a captain. we can't live in history of legend we have to move forward and think of next world cup
