Neither Chappell nor any other person who would be believing in his own moral values will like to coach Indian Cricket team, "A bunch of Lazy men with corrupt Godfathers".
Mr. Chappel is not at fault. The real problem lies with Cricket board & players. It is good that Mr. Chappel left the scene. At least he can save his self respect. R.Viswanath

You are right. Now Chappel has left and it seems that Sachin, whose average is below 18 in the last 11 matches (excluding Barmuda match)in outside India, won the ugly battle of Cricket politics in India. Who is still supporting Sachin while better batsmen and alrounders are there in India. Why should he continue with the Indian team with an average below 18 per game. He wanted opening slot, but he used to get more than 35 overs to bat whenever he came to ground at No.3 or 4. What else he wants???

Bang on target Johney... Sachin has won this battle. We, people do not want committed people, who really want to do something in the interest of the game. We need people who keep on thinking about themselves that is the reason why people like Sachin Tendulkar who put their heads high and keep taking abt the their past.
Tendulkar says that we people are criticizing and not supporting them without knowing what they are going through? Now Mr. Tendulkar, very one calls you a GOD, what else do you want from us.

Please dont start now.. he was never good in the first place as a coach. probably is a great player but not a good manager. all he did was create isecurities within the team. with his so called support staff, he was without dobut, a bully. shame on BCCI..

He is neither a good player nor a good manager. He is a cheater and cheated cricket by bowling underarm.

Management skill does no mean to flattering of senior players, but tell them their weaknesses time to time,so that they could improve that. The live example is sourab ganguly. Now this is the time to take sachin tendulkar in the same way.

I Agree with you mr.Viswa, this is correct, but it is a his responsibility to show the corrupted persons who are behind the show.

But the he will be proven wrong, or may be he will be proved as the culprit because the entire system is corrupt. Sachin now appears to be the mastermind because, he opened his mouth and Chappell shut his mouth and resigned. This the Sachin(politician) effect. When Ganguly was question, the board was with Dalmiya. Even then Ganguly was thrown out. So see how powerful is Sachin Tendulkar, that his one interview, made Chappell resign.
Why would he want to lose his life in an alien country?
Mr. Chappel is not at fault. The real problem lies wuth our Cricket board 7 players. It is good that Mr chappel left the scene. At least he can save his self respect.
It was the Entry of Mr Chapple to indian cricket who braught disaster to Team India.
Just have allok on the performance record of Mr Chapple on another post. From the data given there, it is very much clear that India was not benefitted by chapple's selection. Look at the facts, First year till when the team left by Wright-Ganguly duo was playing the winning rate was almost 62% which came down drastically to 43% next year when chapple plan started showing the results, In the last and current year also the result wuld have been worse if Ganguly would not had included to team.
During his tenure, IK pathan came down to nowhere from worlds top 2nd Alrounder position, India came down to 8th from the 2nd Rank. Bhajji the turbonator turned into a bowler whom any can hit for runs. Ashish Nehra's career ruined, Sehwag and Tendulkar reached to the worst time. And the most important, Team India turned into small groups of various personal egoes from a well structured, balanced and united team.
Thanks a lot Guru Greg for leaving us and giveing us chance to prepare for the future. Mr More should escort him to canbera.
Now anyone is selected as coach, we will progress as we are at the lowest in last 25 years.
Thanks Greg and as i Said before I feel utterly sorry for such professional player like you. Its unfortunate that India couldn't take proper benefit and didn't value your contributions. In the end it was you who faced all the flake from media and Indian people inspite of the failure of the players. TO the Indian team you fools will never win with this kind of attitude whoever is your coach you guys will remain the same old shit as you are now. To all the coaches in the world please dodn't coach India leave this job with some body from INdia to handle.

Well said dude... Our guys don't understand what is Professionalism... They just want to benefit individually... They really don't understand what is team game...
Congrats to Sachin for winning over greg, we people are fool to make him god, that is why he is climbing the tree and now it is time to cut that tree and show sachin his place. and now we should start giving interest to other sports which is lacking behind due to lack of people support.

Did anybody force you to support Cricket and who is preventing you from supporting any other game? Just go and do it.....
Its surprising to read from news reports that Dav Whatmore (another Australian) has expressed interest to coach India.. Dear Dav - Havent you seen what happened to Greg Chappell? Do you also require a knock out punch? WHATMORE do you want?

Sachin is the culprit. Too much of endoresements and commercial activity has spoiled this team. Sachin has to fulfil his commercial obligations for which he will go to any lengths to be in the team. He forgets that this country has given him unparalled wealth and fame for which he has not done any justice. It is time for him to leave before his records gets tarnished furthur, after all it is for the records that he had all his life.
