Indian cricket is in a mess because the team members put their own egos ahead of the game and the team.
They are not willing, for various reasons (eg sponsorships, personality issues etc), to buckle down and do the hard work required to do well at the game.
Shame on the entire team, the leadership and the BCCI. They have power without the responsibility...
SO LOOKS LIKE ALL THE ACCOLADES TILL NOW HAVE GONE TO HIS HEAD-LEARN A THING OR TWO FROM OTHER SPORTING HEROES LIKE P.T.USHA ON HOW TO RETIRE GRACEFULLY. IF CASH IS WHAT YOU WANT-THEN IT IS HIGH TIME WE START A FUND FOR YOUR PAST HEROICS.
Parliament should pass a that Sachin is indispensible, let him be life member of Indian cricket team we has dedicated 17 yrs of life in cricket, no matter we have not won, let India be ruined, but we must afford players like sachin and cronies.
Sachin & his fellow mates think that they are gods. These gods are no more interested except of money and fame. Even they can not tolerate constructive criticism from any quarter. If he is that much integrated person, why he had not given the way for others after continuous non-performers. People should not consider individuals as gods but performance should only matter.

We have made them feel like GOD by shouting on the rooftops. Now is the time to let them feel they are mortals and not even good one at that. imagine Sachin asking " has any wondered what we the palyers were going through after the WC loss". Well it is like asking a murder how do u feel after the act. Even if he is full of remorse, how does it matter. The deed is done and u r responsible for it. This shows the exalted status these star players like Sachin, Sourav, Harbhajan, Sehwag etc. think they deserve. It's high time they shown their place.
The history itself reveals about our one & only Masterblaster Sachin Tendulkar that whenever team india needs him in crunch situations he often disappointed the team and the entire nation.Individually,he possess great skills and score runs better off any other indian player but as a teamman he is a big zero.
I think he shud resign himself from cricket which may bring to team india a teamman who may not have the charismatic strokes like sachin but will have the will to perform for India and not for self.
its very startling to find a player of Sachins calibre going around town crying when the milk has been spilt. He is a senior player and would have been definitely heard in the top echelons of cricketing fraternity if he had found any wrong in Coach's ways of trying new things in the team. He seems to cry when the axe is seen falling on him. Moreover, Dear Sachin we saw your captain's photo splashed across the newspaper enjoying his stay at the Kovalam beach soon after landing in India after our shocking rout from the world cup. Pls do not tell us you have spent a good 17 years in cricket. You have earned your life in this. You are still earning. We do not want to wash dirty linen and request you to own responsibility of being a liability rather than an asset. Be a leader not a reader.
thik hua hai tendulkar ke sath..jab ganguly ko team se nikala gaya tab kisi ni (tendukar) kuchh nahi kaha..harbhajan and jahher , yuvraj ko chhorkar...tendulkar v kuchh nahi kaha ''kitna seniour player hai ..phir v aana seat bachane ke liye chup raha ..abhi uusko chhapel ne kuchh kah diya to kya bura kiya..keep it up chaapel....
