when sachin could be glorified for his successes, why couldn't he be glorified for his failures? If he cannot call it a day himself and withdraw gracefully, somebody else should do the job for him and show him the door
Perhaps cricket is given too much importance in our country. Even the media is giving more coverage to cricket at the cost of other sports. Ours boys were expected to play atleast 'good cricket', which did not happened. It felt as if they surrendered to Bangladesh and Srilanks instead of playing their normal game which is the main cause of disappointment among the cricket fans across the world. So do not pamper the boys any more and let them play normal cricket. They are not super humen.
Mr. Amin, Well Said! It's been a while some one was very thoughtful of his comments after India's WC show. It's time for introspection and need to see all angles before we go and do any changes in the team. Let's hope that sense prevails in the working committee meeting and all the wise men who have been invited listen to all and with single minded focus they should improve the current scenario of Indian Cricket.
Well after all analysis and critics we observe if the team wins all are considered as HEROS or else ZEROS. But if we analyse deeply about our team we will find the 3SD (SHEWAG - SOURAV - SACHIN - DRAVID) of our team lacked the confidence in themselves that they should win. This clearly was reflected in Bangladesh Match where our players were too much over cautious in thier approach. This also creeped into the finishers like Yuvi, Dhoni & others. In fact we should have opened our eyes when we lost the ICC championship in India. After that failure when SOURAV came back into the team the team started improving but anchoring around him. Again the One man show. (If one fails the rest follow) Friends this is what the Coach wanted perhaps. Thanks to Greg Chappell and his ability to change TEAM INDIA. We must make SOURAV the captain of Team India again to reinstate a new team which he had done in the last world cup.

useless comment..i think sachin has given u something to write for him as he is paying to bcci and press for retaining him.ne australian/african player can play at ne number in team.see clerk/smith/gibbs/ponting ..players like this can play at any number then yr so called master ba**** cant play 2 down???Sachin is playing only for money and not for national pride okk ..y the guys like u cannt understand such simple thing..
