I think a Pakistani coach would be appropiate to handle both these senior players and board officials. Support staff like physio and fitness trainer should come from Bangaldesh. India will be number one within a year.!!!
These very seniors took India to final in the last world cup when they were in a similar situation.Thanks to the then coach John Wright. Indians are ousted in this world cup with the same seniors playing. Thakns to Present coach Mr.Chappel is it not? Nmae one single fresh / young player spotted by the present coach and groomed for the big event. Indians were in a do or die position against Sri Lanks. What the coach was doing. Trying to write report to shirk his resposibilities One must coach that when he points one fingure at others four fingures are pointing at him. When mud slinging is done mud will certainly fall on person doing so so do not forget. One must tell the coach not to adopt divide and rule policy to escape when it comes. Pathan lost his rythem. Did he find out reasons? Instead he was asked to return from South Africa tour. So the first and the foremost thing would to bring all the players together talk to them be it seniors or juniors. Chappal did everything right but he was never given a free hand. Why were he not allowed to choose own team ? Every players played in most irresponsible manner and now they want to put blame on coach.Look their body language against Bangaladesh and Sri lanka , they were more eager to sit in A/C pavilion rather than sweat out in middle. It is hight time now , all the senior players must be shown the doors.I give them a advice to keep their mouth shut even coach submits his report. We must accept his report at its face value. Best way to teach every senior player a lesson is to make them sit and play domestic cricket as long as possible.I advice to indian people not to treat them heroes. Thats how we can make them put some extra effort which we put in every sphere of our life.

Jhon ! This is "politics" its going to be save the playres and sack the coach for sure.
It is the attitude which matters! It is true we lost and lost badly. But any player worth his salt will tell you that no one goes to the crease to get out the first ball. His own personal integrity too is at stake. Let us not behave like a bunch of kids. We have not lost a war to Pakistan. And let me ask - How many of the people who are castigating the Indian team bayed for the blood of the soldiers of Northern Light Infantry ( a pak army regiment) when they returned the dismembered body of Lt. Saurabh Kalia. Our anger and outrage should be directed against such incidents of paramount national importance rather than a mere cricket match. Grow up Indians!!

I fully agree with you Robin. If player starts under performing, he will not get selected in team over the time. If he is not selected he will not get any advertisement contract. I don't think any player will like to lose advertisement contracts. I am sure, forget about general public, not even many journalists and TV news presenters who frequently change their opinions about players after every match or two have knowledge about Lt.Saurah Kalia.

Tendulkar is not serving the nation. In fac none of the senior players. They are only making quick money. None of them want to get retired. They deserve to be kicked out. We have lot of young talent being wasted because of these seniors including Tendulkar.

yes raina,gambir,Kaif,they are not a constant players.World cup 2007 all eleven players they palyed in 3 matches responsible for early exit.
1) Robin Uttappa he was not played well.His highest score in 3 innings is 19 2) Sourav he wasted so many balls,he is not palyed well agst pace.In last match he throw his wicket cheaply in the hand of muralidharan 3)Sewag he played well agst Bermuda.In First match he was out at low score. 4)Sachin Tendulkar it is every one knows he is not play well in do or die matches.His very worst innings agst srilanka that when we lost openers sachins wicket is so important at that time he was out very cheaply. 5)Rahul dravid he palyed bad agst bangla & Srilamka he was high scorer agst Srilanka match but it is not helped to win the match 6)Yuvaraj sing when he gave the catch to Bangla that is the turning pointing of india early exit in worldcup.If he batted full 50 overs agst Bangladesh our score is more than 250-280 that will change the history. 7)Dhoni he is also not played well as per his strength 8)Harbhajan he should sack from india team.he is weast player we can select ramesh powar he is better than bajji 9)Jahher khan,Agrakar,Munaf patel,Kumble they did good work in their respective job.But our batsman not put a huge score or not chased the chasable target agst Srilanka.We shoul blame our world class batsmans not a ordinary bowlers.
