Here people become culprit whenever they loose..and same thing only happened now.Media is running to catch the scape goat rather to ponder what should be done to bring back the lost glory.Even the Board too tries to eyewash the 100 crores of people by joining with the hues and cries with anonymous names so that the whole thing gets spice up....Any body responsible here? at this juncture?
WHY NOT ALL CRICKET FANS FORM A FORUM AND KICK OUT UNSCRUPLOUS POLITICIANS AND PLAYERS WHO HAVE RUINED OUR MOST PASSIONATE SPORT. 1)THIS GAME IS PLAYED FOR US. 2)BECAUSE WE WATCH..THEY EARN. 3) SHOULDN'T WE HAVE ENOUGH POWER TO DECIDE WHO CONTROLS THE BOARD, AND HOW SHOULD CRICKET RUN IN THIS COUNTRY. 4) LOOKING AT MOST IDIOTS WHO ARE RUNNING THE BOARD, IT SEEMS WE HAVE BETTER CRICKETING KNOWLEDGE

well true to quite an extent.....it's better to make moves before the glory of cricket vanishes like that of hockey.....hope MR KPS GILL is reading this...!!
The Cricketers shouls offer to play for the country, with no contract, no match fee...and...PAYING BACK ALL THE SPONSOR MONEY RECEIVED BY THEM TO PRIME MINISTER'S FUND OR ANY OTHER SPORTS FUND (BUT NOT CRICKET)...
Along with Sehwag Harbhajji is also responsible. If you look at his performance in last 50 oneday matches he had never bowled india to win. I feel Harbhajan is biggest responsible person then Sehwag, Sachin, Rahul, Dhoni and others.
BCCI should review the contract and it should be like this if you win a match you will get 2 lakh and if you loose you have to pay 1 lakh back to BCCI. See after that every player automatically started performing. They should be punished to the extent. All those big guns are earning money only without any service. Tendulkar understands himself as GOD. Let the BCCI tell him his position. Ask him to play Ranji and other domestic cricket for one year.
--Moral of the story is BCCI has to take hard step in order to insure success.
"Pity is that not one among the array of ex-cricketers who do duty for television and the print media has brought it to public attention as to how this strategy helps to shorten the ball's length, upsets the bowler and makes a greater demand on the wicket-keeper." This is wrong. you have to watch TV better. I saw and heard Sunil Gavaskar give the exact advice in Sports Center or some such program on ESPN/Star Sports.
