Dravid has lost all of the overseas tours, viz SA, Westindies, champions trophy and now Worldcup. He is not able to take the burden of captaincy. He should be replaced. We can make Laxman the captain of the test team and Yuvi as the captain of the "One day" team.
The teams failure cannot be termed as a collective failure. Dravid, Shewag, Zaheer and Munaf played their part well. The failures are from Sachin, Dhoni, Yuvraj, Uthappa, Ganguly, Agarkar and Harbajan.
Sachin should take the responsibility and retire from both forms of the game. He should help identify new talent and guide the team from outside. Its high time for the BCCI to organize a big send of party for Sachin, Ganguly and Kumble. The deserve a "Royal" exit.

Which Indian captain has won Overseas tours i.e. Test Series. For how much time had he been the captain before touring overseas.
It's just Dravid's misfortunte that when he became the captain - the big guns performing for India - i.e Sehwag, Pathan, Harbhajan, Tendulkar were no longer in form. Even under Ganguly - India was winning matches due to Sehwag, Pathan because while one scored runs at brisk the other got the opening batsmen quickly.

Offcourse don't forgetten the lost big Gun under Ganguly i.e Laxman. Ganguly was a lucky captain that Laxman was in full flow during that time.

How can we say Agarkar included in failure catagoery.What we should expect from him.Shewag made 100 than in vital game how can he play this type of shot.He does have any sense to play in this situation.
Dear Mr. Shah, I would like to tell you that you should honestly accept India's exit from the world cup is due to poor performace by total team particularly by senior players who is playing for their records for very much long time and not for the country.
The only salvation was Ganguly's batting...After so much pressure he played clamly. Even though he could not win any game..he stayed at the crease.
But this shameless Tendulkar who is playing only for just money...could not stay for atleast five overs....He can only play only with street boys now...not in International cricket....He should be dropped. But the BCCI will not drop him at any moment...due to internal politics as Mr. Chappel clearly informed in a private television...
My question is this...BCCI has dropped Ganguly for poor performance and due to internal politics and made him to sit outside for 1.5 years...Do the same for Tendulkar, Shewag and Dravid...let them realise themselves...After one year if they want to play let them continue or otherwise let them quit....They are not needed for Indian team anymore...

U've made urself a clown by writing that dravid shud be left out 1.5 years. ganguly's ban was fully justified and ganguly has come back for making money trying to impress selectors after scoring runs in India n weaker oppositions. He is not a match winner yet.

Let me correct you a bit:
In south Africa, under Dravid India won a test match, which no other Indian captain had managed so far. In WestIndies, India won the test seris for the first time after 1974 under Dravid...hence you all see why Niranjan had called him an astute captain....Test cricket is the real test guys where he has performed admirably.

Now if Dravid is unlucky u cant blame him for India's performance. Kick everybody out of the team and get 11 new faces or better still ban them from playing international cricket for a year. BCCI is a private organization, cant be disbanded by the govt (unless they have enough reasons such as BCCI being involved in terrorism!)). And using 50% of the money for something else, govt. cant do it either because again BCCI is a private company.
Do you really think govt. can disband Infosys or Wipro, for example and utilize 50% of its money for whatever it wants?
