You want to have a good Indian team for the next world cup then remove all these players immediately - recruit new talents with the condition that there will be no ad film of theirs for the next ten years. All the new talented players have to be trained at traffic signals, crossing the road zig zag so that they can run swiftly Should be trained for rat catching so that they can catch the ball or balls Should be forced to run before the leopards so that they become good athlet Should be asked to stand in open air at -4 decree so that they can withstand any pressure at the crease Last but not the least, set a target of runs for each player - less number of runs scored, they should be asked to dip in COOVAM RIVER

ganguly had no capacity to make a good start for INDIA.He was trying to defend the balls all time.He could not play the opening spell of VAAS well.PLEASE REPLACE GANGULY AND TAKE KAIF TO INDIAN TEAM

Its not the only ganguly to be pointed. Its the whole team to be balmed apart yuvraj. Its grt that he made at least 66 runs out of 126 balls. If dravid or tendulkar or shewag; anyone could be able to get 20 runs out of any number of balls faced, then we wont be in this situation. Shewag, dravid and tendulakr are to be blamed most. Because of them only we lost to bangladesh ans we are not even into supre 8's.
BCCI, nothing would be more foolish than making Sachin captain now. Sachin has lost his quick reflexes and is more of a liability to the team than an asset. Send home the veterans, Dravid, Ganguly, and Sachin. Bring in young blood. Make Yuvraj captain and R.Uthappa/Shewag as vice-captain. Scout for a talent pool of 30 and focus on them for 2011 world cup from now itself. Identify 10 batsmen, 10 bowlers, 5 all-rounders, and 5 keeper batsmen. BCCI can rely on MRF pace-foundation in churning out pacers. Send home Chappell. Hire 2 of our own former cricketers, one for batting, one for bowling. We have too many sitting idle, let BCCI make use of them. For e.g. Kapil Dev is a v.good option as a bowling coach and Jimmy Amarnath for batting.
Lets do this keeping in mind 2011 world cup, which will be played in our own subcontinent.
Many are blaming the Coach for the failure of Indian Team, which is like nasty talks. A teacher can guide & teach you but, never can write exams for you to pass. We can accept failure and it's quiet natural and do accepted these days. But failing with less experienced Bangladesh is not acceptable, due to poor batting performance.

But, there are good and bad teachers. Do we remember all our school teachers? No, only the good ones. John wright brought India to finals and made Sachin the best player of 2003 world cup. Chappel did not even bring it to Super-8. Dave Whatmore, the BD coach was ealier coaching SA.
Indian players are very much over confiedent, they should try learn their mistakes. It's the fact that one team has to win & other has to loose, this time was India. this seems that where does indian team stands. how much their input is to the nets.By these one thing is clear that the hearts of cores of indian had broken. Atleast they must have given a good fight till the super eights.Now the board must make some strategy how they should work on the weakness of the players. The main things with our players is that they don't have the aggressive approach.The players doesn't have mutual understanding between the coach and among themselves. If Indian coach can be appointed than some how the matter should be solved, some players were not able communicate with outside coach if an indian coach is their the players will work freely and will work hard, the communication between the indians are very good. so it doesn't matter that India has lost these words are not goen from my mind but it's the fact. Nothing has goen but have tolong with their whole currier is deppend on the cricket they must try to put some efforts so that next time indians may not feel ashame of them.

They act only in soft advertisements (Mysore Sandal Soap, Boost, Hutch, to name a few). So, they can't be aggressive in the field.
Read this and tell me if u find this ok. The losing team after each match should be forced to wear a langoti and run along the boundary 4 rounds minimum.

I think there will be no S or M or L but plenty of XL size. They will do very well there, snce it is outside the cricket field.

Even that running will not be shown continuously. There will be atleast sixty ads in between with different colours/varieties of langoti. Different shapes and different sizes make the wholeworld crazy
