indian bunch should be punched the moment they lost against Bangladesh. DRavid Gangully etc r good in dot balls .If a world cup is held for dot balls india will be champions .They must see Austraians and west indies and south africans how they hit and play .They must hit the ball and play instead they exhibit dot balls as if they came to play dot ball match useless fellows sack evedry body including the coach and find out the young blood who can really play cricket.

Whichever place and whenver they land home, will surely take back-door to reach their homes, as it will surely be arranged by the officials ...and they may not be seen in pictures for few weeks, so that fans will become cool, as no other way exists ..and then modelling as usual ..!!

Tomorrow ..... and they are going straight to outdoor shooting for their new TV ads.

They have to have these ads ready for the regular cricket season. By then all will be forgotten and forgiven.

We fans have nothing better to do but watch these losers play!

New Captain

How can Tendulkar or Yuvaraj be appointed the Captain ?. They are responsible for India's loss against SL

No matter how they performed...Tendulkar would be the next captain..and Agarkar would also remain in the team.. As he managed to do that for the last 8 or more years. Poor Dravid & Chappel is going to get all the blame..
This is Indian cricket..powered by Mumbai inspired by Powar, Gawaskar & Vengsarkar

Sachin is past his prime. He also lost captaincy once for legitimate reason.

The captain must epitomize excellence in technique as well as mental strength and capacity. Only three cricketers who are technically sound in Indian team are Sourav, Sachin and Dravid. Dravid has to go. Sourav has been a captain once and should not be picked again unless India discards the current bunch of players and go for fresh faces.

New coach
by M Alem on Mar 26, 2007 09:26 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

I heard on TV that India is considering BD coach Dave Whatmore. This will be a poor choice. While it is true that he brough SL one championship, he will fail miserably to handle Indian players who are larger than life figures. How do you feel?
Also, India has a BD tour in May. DO you think this should be cancelled as there is nothing to gain from that tour.

Unfortunately Kapil did not do very well as a coach. In fact India turned to foreign coaches because Indian coaches failed.
Indian players are larger than life and have big ego. Most have bigger ego than ability. Why did India let John Wrigth go?

If the india coaches have bigger ego in application, so is the case with our senior players., so the problem still exists, even after considering foreign coaches. Let the new system come up to kick off these ego system...lets hope for this

WHAT WENT ACTUALLY WRONG FOR INDIA
by mustaque nadaf on Mar 26, 2007 08:55 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

getting new players would do noyhing. they r not going to win a match for us. what went wrong is captaincy of Dravid. thats the real damage happened. players r good, experienced and talented ( except sachin ). all could have shown good performance....what happened wrong is management of Dravid......give this team to smith or ponting and see, this team will prove effective enough. there is little josh present in Dravid. this little josh and jasba is not going to win matches for india. Ganguly should have captained this team, then i think things might have become different. because he has josh and jasba of winning.
those who think they agree on this then pls comment on the same

RE:WHAT WENT ACTUALLY WRONG FOR INDIA

well this we know that Dravid is not a good captain Ganguly was good till 2003 but in 2003 he made a statement that we would be happy to play with Sri Lanka in final instead AUS this shows he was looking for easy win in 2003 though he has served a lot to indian team the best part would be, these oldies should take retirement they have served enough to this country and have enough with them to take care of their 7 generation but still if they have any shame left in them then they should transfer their good (not bad one) talent to new commers by coaching them instead of BCCI again look for another coach.

Nothing will change and no one can change because it is all about MONEY
by Ajit Singh on Mar 26, 2007 07:54 PM  Permalink

Nothing will change in indian cricket, it will remain same as it is even if they are going to make any change the performance of the team will not change as we have already seen in past players coming and going some perform some not but at the end of the day we find that we are on loosing side by counting on few DONKEYS.

Be an optimistic
by Afaq Ahmed on Mar 26, 2007 07:23 PM  Permalink

Either stop playing, but it is not possible, better workout on following areas.

1 Ground Management: We have a team of management, in practice grounds, office, dressing room etc, there we are very good, but on the ground of events no management member allowed there we should have a very good manager in the position of captain. We have lack of manager on ground.

2. Placement of the ball: Insted of hard hittings, we should try to place the ball in the gaps.

3. Running between the wickets: By good placements we should workout on running between the wickets. If we try to get maximum results from minimum balls there will be maximum risk. Insted of hard hittings we should run fast between the wickets with mutual understanding.

4. Physical fitness: To run fast we should be very much fit.

5. PRACTICE MAKES A MAN PERFACT............

PRACTICE MAKES A MAN PERFACT...............
