What about Robin Singh as Indian Coach and Paras Mhambrey to assist him?
Robin has commitment and Mhambrey has a done wonders with Bengal and everyone has rated him at the highest.
What about Sandeep Patil as a Coach to Indian A team and Venkatesh Prasad to assist him? Sandeep will groom young cricketers well and Prasad will help the bowlers to come up.
