This India team doesn't even have the best players in India. There are so many poor people in villages who are very skilled but it goes to waste. The team selectors are also corrupt as they select players who pay them and have no bias against. Many people dont get opportunity as my chacha could bowl up to 140 kph but could not afford to join a high ranking rediff cup team. He could have bowled for India if he had money. India probably has hundreds of Sachins scattered but only one got opportunity and luck to make it. The are hundreds of Indian scattered thorughout who can bowl better than Indian bowlers and bat like Sachin in form. In India tons of cricket talent goes to waste due to corruption of selectors and no opportunities. Here in the US, poor black people living with no home have opportunity to make it big in sports. Im sure I know many good cricketers among hundreds of friends including myself who can challenge Indian team and play a good match. The Indian system needs to change and actually have the best players in India, not these rich guys whos parents paid team selectors when they were young and had good opportunity being rich. All this makes it difficult for India to defeat countries who are using the bets talent in their country.

Sehwag was injured facing a Sreesanth ball during the net practice. There seems to be a hairline fracture is his thumb and he is due to undergo a surgery in South Africa. Kaif is due to replace him in the squad for the rest of the series
Excited? I was just day dreaming if this would be the next heading in Rediff. Well its possible, if Shoaib and Asif could get "injured" just before the team's departure timely, what could be a better time for Sehwag to get injured?
