His slow innings could lift the score to a somewhat fighting position among the bizzare batting debacle when all the players together could not even bat for 50 years. Your filthy msg reveals that you R biased and mad and live in gutter of kolkata. what u said goes back 2 u. team india won tests and odis without ganguly under dravid's captiaincy. dravid gave 100% commitment when he played under ganguly but backstabbed by dirty politics of ganguly and his supportes ganguly is innigns after his comeback for self, saving his wkt and scoring slowly to cement his place for next match, spending time in crease for sponser's cause, not bother to increase run rate , no single or rotating strike pressurising batsman on other end, not bother whether team win or loss, the purpos of ganguly is servied.His poor fielding will cost team 25-30 runs if he scoeds 50 for self and 20 runs for team. He had major role in WC debacle During ind and SL match , John Writh was commenting told that Sl batsman had to push the ball towards ganguly and easily get 2 runs. the screen was showing ganguly was holding his hands behind hands yawning,,,that time. he did not bothered to hold a simple catch of Tamim opening batsman of bangladesh during agarkar bowling in match against bangladesh. His return to india not with team or same day next to make it big eveent but was not wearing team uniform. he is selfish oppertunist politician. really it is a GREAT INJUSTICE with Mr Ranadev Bose who was dropped without any reason and I have strongly supported to include maximum no of young players for Bangladesh tour
But I am not agree with u about your opinion about Mr Ganguli REASON... All the top order batsmen including Ganguli are playing with such a great style " Scoring runs is the responsibility of other end batsman and I am here to give partnership stand that is why I AM NOT TAKING SHOTS " In a one day game either u play for win or surrender and in this test Mr GANGULI WAS A BIG FAILURE though he spent too much time on crease but he could not put pressure on bowlers, that is why dropping him is not a bad decision??? is it not???
REQUEST do not compare Ganguli with others but tell me the way he was playing could benefitted the team????

When asked about Tendulkar%u2019s flop show at the World Cup, Kumble said "one bad performance should not be the criteria to judge sachin's contribution to the team". But this is not only 'one' bad performance from Sachin, there are many bad performances from sachin for the past few years, sachin is not playing consistently like Lara/Jayasurya/Ponting. When compare to these three, Sachin is very BAD now.

As a matter of Fact, can anyone ever have anymore faith in Indian Cricket? Its not the Indian 11 playing this cricket, Thousands and Millions of Indians had their eyes focused on these good for nothing players along with their thousands that were spent on Homas and religios rites performed all over for the World Cup... and what did they do is to loose miserably to Bangla Desh... Its a shame it was like loosing to a much lesser known team...
I really feel that these players have been gven the royal tratment and the money they get from endorsements is too much to spoil their intent... I mean to say if you worry about your future place in Indian Cricket which mean bad show men no place in the team... a Player will strive to do better... (Look at Gangully - not a great show but much better than before) Shachin was a Great batsman... not anymore... I am sorry to say... he should be replaced... and so also the others...
As a matter of fact I would say replace the whole team and let the boys who play in the gully play... at least we can expect some results from them but from the present team I expect "nothing"
We cannot dream about our great past... Like the famous Kings like "Ashoka, Shivaji, Akbar" they were lejends but our future cannot be made by them... think of the present...
Sachin Tendulkar is a Legend... and need to be replaced... By keeping him in the team we are demotivating the others by giving them a silent message "Its OK to underperform or score "Zero" your place is fixed in the team and so also your hefty contract"

why we are blaming only gunguly for losing the match against bangaldesh , our full indian team has to be blamed , what other 10 players where doing . cricket is the team game you cant expect one player to do wonders at all the time.
ganguly & sachin should be there in the team and there is no replacment for these people at present.

Mr Dishant,ppl r blaming ganguly bcoz he goofed up deliberated bated selfishly and ruined any chances dat India had of beating bangla... Mind u he got out wen he was well set... moreover, he played slow again, dis time agnst bermuda, trying his level best to get and easy hundred, selfishly batting slow again, where other got India an overall RR of 8 . He was not finished yet and ruined any chance dat India had opf making the next round by getting out for 7 out 27 bals aganst sri lanka... others r not being blamed bcoz they never got their eye in like ganguly in these games, does'nt mean they are not to be blamed... However, Mr Selfish (Ganguly) is the main culprit.

He tried the same against bermuda but it did not clicked. he could not stand aganisn strong bowling SL, ganguly is most succeful politician and betrayed team and millions fans and made sure his record stat in WC did not harmed and tried to prove dravid not good captian. An deliberate attempt to team ind loose match ganguly betrayed dalmiay, sachin and now dravid ganguly is selfish, oppertunitst a cheap politician.
