Earlier, you held back,because you knew that TV exposure and the adulation can go to participant's heads and make them complacent about 'riyaaz'.
It was necessary to keep them grounded and also toughen up to face the pressures of the competition. Also, this show is just a ladder. There's a tough career ahead.
This will help them in future too when they become big stars and singers. Just imagine, horror of horrors, if any of them turned into an obnoxious person like HR.

Please if there is any way than apply on Himesh... Mr. Himesh is not a good singer as well as human being also..
