My favourite romantic scene is from Film "Laila-Majnu". When Rishi Kapoor leaves Ranjeeta with one Pazeb (anklet) in one leg while she is asleep and later when she wokes-up, she sings the song and Rishi kapoor too sing sing it outside "Ish Reshmi Pazeb ki Jhankar ke Sadqe".
Any of the 3 Dev Anand-Nutan romantic scenes- in Tere Ghar ke Samne climbing Qutb Minar and singing "Dil ka Bhanwara Kare Pukar Pyar ka Raag suno re", or in Manzil singing the song "Madham" switching on and switching off lights alone in the house, or of course the famous cycle song "Mana Janaab ne pukar nahin" when an angry Nutan finally smiles. Of course in Shri 420 "Pyar Hua Ikraar Hua" between Raj Kapoor and Nargis, and of course the Saathiya scene when Vivek finally finds and meets Rani Mukherjee are beautifully romantric . Great pity that the present genration of young people are not familiar with some of the most romantic films of yore- Awaara, Taraana, Aan, Amar, Seema, Sujata, Sadhna, Bandini, etc.
Even though Raj and Simran does not express their love for each other, they both are certain in their hearts that they are for each other.. and when kajol wakes up one fine day to the haunting music and finds that its for real and sees raj in front of her.. my gosh!! i still get goose pimples when i think of that movie!!! Kajol and Shahrukh your pair rocks!!!
my favourite scene is from the recent movie vivah..where amrita rao is burnt and in the hospital and shahid kapoor is abt to apply sindoor when she says.."ek baar chaadar hataake mujhe dekhlo"and he says.."mera pyaar is imtihaan ka mohtaj nahi hai"..dats a very heart-rendering scene...it is a lesson for all those young boys who look for outer beauty in their respective brides and hence reject those wid less beauty

In Vivah Shahid falls in love first with a beautiful woman and that is why he is able to accept her even when she loses her looks and beauty. He does not fall in love with a ugly woman first.
